must say I am disappointed that has not been an update on progress or lack of progress not only on Congo but also Elephant Oil and Australia

agreed the time frame could be shorter however since there are so many unknowns I would think put a longer time frame on it. Personally I need to allow sufficient time for my investment to realize its potential. I would be very happy if things happen faster

I have been investing in mining shares for over 30 years so I conduct a fair amount of research and as part of that process became aware of RRR

I made the 1-2 year comment because that it is my investment time frame when I buy. This means am not looking for short term profits in days or weeks, however it is happened and I will take them. The comment was made because nothing IMO happens fast even more so than during this era of COVID 19 lockdowns

RRR still has a significant royalty interest in an iron project which IMO which eventually be placed into production however that time frame might be very far away (multi years). I only mention this because of your reference to iron ore. Personally I dont think it will happen in the next couple of years but quite frankly I did not do any research on that area

medium and long term I am optimistic about what will happen.

short term concerns- the Para State company was involved in this 'packing' scheme whereby they bought a property for $20 million and then sold it for $250 m I dont think they will quickly pay the balance of the $15 million of cash they have already received without a resolution on the $250 million They did that deal to get cash for themselves I think Bell recognizes that which is why is he will to take a property interest of some sort. Something the Para State company has to offer Longwinded way of saying RRR is not going to get 51% of $250 million

Regardless of the outcome the end result for RRR shareholders should be very rewarding

1-Migori/Kenya
2-iron ore (project to move forward with big payment to RRR)
3--litigation settlement

IMO elephant oil will create positive news but IMO not a game changer

NB items 1 2 and 3 are long term type events 2- 3 years Sooner would be nice

I am not aware of any exploration company which pays a dividend (return to shareholders) if that is what you were looking for when you purchased RRR 20 years ago then you purchased the wrong company.

Therefore if you are looking for dividends then SELL
if you believe Bell has no faith in his product or his ability to lead the company then SELL

I am a recent owner of RRR so I dont share the same opinion. We are both fortunate that there is an active market for the shares so that someone who shares your opinion can sell and someone who shares my opinion can buy

yes IMO further dilution will happen-as it always does for a junior mining company- no surprise there

dilution is inevitable Normally a junior company manages this area by raising funds at higher share prices (for RRR this would/should have been done at .80+ but Bell was prevented from doing that by major shareholders

this left with Bell no choice but sell what he could to keep everything else afloat

make no mistake Bell has his faults but those major shareholders did far more damage than Bell ever did

NB I bought my RRR shares at higher prices. I understood the risk/reward. I am not happy with the lower price. I think RRR takes on too many projects without doing something on the other projects. At some point RRR has to find partners for those projects
