Reality check-RRR also stated that collection on the first award could not happen until a decision was reached on appeal

What government bureaucracy anywhere operates efficiently and delvers on time? Other than the UK which has best operating systems in the world? (take a hard look at the gov't health care system)

Personally it is shock to me to have someone post that Congo can operate better than the UK system.

Personally I have found predicting/forecasting the short term price movements of small penny stocks to be impossible

In the case of RRR not only do you the typical external factors to contend with but now mutliple stories which could impact the share price

-Congo cash

-Lithium production news

-additional lithium licenses

-Kenya news- renewal, tailings deal or even a larger JV

-IPO on ELEP

With this larger financing I would think the immediate need for cash has been addressed for several months. In my view that uncertainity created on going weakness

there are exceptions particularly for large discoveries such as Diamond Fields

Zumore- LOL no I dont. However I do travel and Canada has 7 time zones, the Continental USA has 4 more if include Alaska and Hawai. Its 8:49AM on Saturday now

Robins-you raise a valid point and it is something that I have thought about. One place to look are the projects where RRR does not own 100%. For example Lithium what are the terms for all the investors? is it all pro rata or is one party advancing funds for others? if yes what are those details?

I would happily own a % with a promise to pay back the investment out of any future profits

or even more likely is RRR manages and directs that project at no cost to the other investors--

there are lots of different ways to skew money and direct financial benefits .

All of the above only works with a sucessfull project so bottom line the main RRR shareholders are satisfied

Brain-bad example Kenya did not renew license, litigation which turned into international litigation. Plus dont forget RRR applied for production permit over tailings which was not granted back then either.

I do agree that AB/RRR gets involved in too many projects and certainly think it is time for something to happen in Kenya either JV or a deal to sell or place tailings into production

Banbury -still like the stock. I never liked short term outlook but now that he has bitten the bullet with the dilution. I think this is the bottom. Despite the paper loss I am still doing great for the year. Check out my biggest winner UATG on the US market. Up 500% despite being down 50% from its high, trades at $.01 should go higher. They have over 50 million in contracts and just got $1 financing expandable to $10 million- will get more contracts and more debt financing-no dilution

Incredible support from market. Give credit to AB/RRR for waiting so long on arbitration decision and cash from Congo. I posted in Jan 2022 that it was going to be 2-3 years. He should have just waited instead he went out and lithium and placing it into production. gutsy move time will tell if that was the right decision

LOL reality check- I dont rely on anything anyone posts here. I disagreed with 'helpful' posts regarding his timing on lithium production time frame. Granting mining/exploration permits takes time anywhere. Even if the stated time frame is 2 weeks it almost never ever happens

2) there is a risk vs reward relationship with owning RRR. I believe that the rewards outweigh the risk. Of course I am concerned about those risks . Congo is risky which impacts both the property position as well as the timing of collecting the money. Litigation/Arbitration is risky and even more so in the Congo. The SEC is a timing risk for the ELEP IPO. Placing a lithium property is risky. Very few companies have done this

Congo- clear to whom? I have said years back in Jan 2022 money is sitting there waiting for arbration decision which still has not been made-no doubt the losing side is fighting amongst themselves. its a waiting a game.

For those who expecting large or even moderate intersections of gold- Why? They were drilling in previously mined areas. Do you think the old timers left it behind? They were very good at taking the gold out and they did not want to leave any behind.

IMO they are doing the bare minimum to keep the various licenses alive. Very doubtful any exploration results will move the shares. I have same opinion about the property in Kenya. Sell or do a JV This is just busy work and a distraction

-Cash from Congo will never happen (despite court order) its a bad place
-Lithium production will never happen AB/RRR has never put anything into production (ignore 2 prior properties placed into production) and a team in Zimbabwe which has put Lithium properties into production
-No one will ever put cash into RRR its doomed (despite a track records in just the past 6 months of doing just that)
-For past 5 months bashers have been forecasting price below .10---which has not happened

LOL double check your math The 15,055,706 in new shares represents a little less than 1%. The probably had a interest rate associated. Creditors have first call on assets so obviously the credits must have concluded it was far better to own shares than debt
