RRR/AB just posted pictures of lithium and security guards. Looks like operations started without any announcement that the last permit was granted

Project delays due to regulatory issues are very common. IMO it is rare that permits are timely issued (more experience on this point in Canada and USA but i find it hard to imagine that other countries are faster). I know of one project in Oregon that waiting for a drilling permit (gov't has 30 day response time under law) took 14 months. Not much the project could do other than wait

My point is-Why would Zimbabwe be any different?. RRR/AB own experiences must tell them nothing happens on time. Helpful has been around long enough to know this too.

An admission that the project is delayed with an explanation would show RRR understands why the delay happened. No news does not project a positive corporate image for project development

Why have a court case on the license if you can not get permits? Its pointless

It will be difficult to put anything said in that video interview without any idea of what RRR is actually doing. We have been waiting 2 months for a permit which RRR said would take 2 weeks. Is there a fatal flaw with this project?

In March you projected production in April, what happened?

Banbury when I averaged down I had anticipated continuation of small raises to keep RRR afloat until either Congo cash or lithium production happened. No news on either front is not positive. Lack of news is often seen as negative (it may or may not be)

last lithium news was end of March which said in part "Approval of the EIA may occur from mid-April onwards (to be confirmed in due course),"

2 months later and still no confirmation. ie RRR has no clue of when or if it might be approved?

RRR can be its own worst enemy regarding information flow. Delays can and should be expected, regulatory issues in other countries are always problematic- shareholder can and should understand the conditions affecting the company and its properties. AB is seemingly intelligent person who ever is in charge of PR needs assistance

H5O I agree with the comments about lack of significant news yet despite that RRR those share issuances raised a significant amount of cash and reduced a lot of debt, why did they take RRR shares? Surely all those buyers and the new significant shareholders knew about AB's history,

Could it AB has to wait until the dust settles then release positive news and then he has bunch of happy new shareholders who sing his praises?

Article says ELeP is this week. We have seen similiar news in the past for it to met with more delays.Maybe this time will be different-liars and cheaters are everywhere

No it is sour grapes on hear. People do not take responsibility for their own actions IMO CEO's are always optimistic about their company;s share price. SVB a large bank failure that happened this year is a case in point. The day after the independent CPA firm issued a clean audit opinion the company went belly up

Exploration stocks are risky, Company CEO's and their technical people always think they got the best properties, exploration results are always great or very encouraging. The small cap world is full of liars and shameless promoters,

So yes if anyone who invests in this market (including RRR) and believes their is honest there is a complete fool

This is sad. RRR has a lot of pending positive news and yet the only counter from bashers is something bad happened 9 years ago so shares today can not possible go up.

I invest in shares on possibility of what might happen in the future.

I dont invest looking in the rear view mirror.

AB has proven track record of sucess in litigating re: Mining properties (see Kenya) IMO Congo remain positive (until court reverses itself)

AB/RRR was successful in Kenyan litigation to have the Mid Migori property returned and the licenses renewed which was around a 3 to 4 year process and probably the first time it was successfully done by a foreign company.

fyi I am not excited nor surprised that people have taken a large interest in RRR. IMO it is not negative at all.

Banbury -My tipping point- Congo court system reverses its prior rulings and RRR loses on appeal to International court.

AB has a legal background and a proven track record of sucess on the legal front so quite frankly that tipping point is so remote that it is infinitesimal

Bashers are so predictable- ELEP IPO is bad news - RRR royalties from El Limon is bad news

2 new big shareholders- bad news AB just convinced 2 large investors who dont know what they are doing and should have just listened to them

So a company controlled by Rick Rule funded POW at .85 and POW shares are down.

fyi Rule is extremely well regarded in Canada

POW floated off another company and now has a marketable asset worth more. I have not done the math but what that amount compared to the current market cap of POW?
