reality Kaintz resigned as director and CEO and is now the CFO. Their major shareholder is now the Chairman, and everyone moved down. The former chairman is CEO, Kaintz teh former CEO is now CFO-- the parties involved probably got a pay increase

I have invested in numerous companies which ultimately were not successful. Most just stopped trading. some re-invented themselves with a new name, new management and of course large reverse stock splits. I have never seen what AB/RRR have done which is multiple reverse splits under the same management. People/companies with serious money keep funding this company, brokerage firms keep trading these shares .

Why (taking out of consideration complete stupidity which is very doubtful)? Because they see a possibility of making money. I had the opportunity to meet and follow the earlier career of Robert Friedland who had multiple complete failures and kept getting funding for the next try.

Most mining projects fail (90+%) most early stage venture capital projects fail. This is true if they are structured as share purchase, a JV or loan..

Anyone who does not like the possibility of a loss should not invest in AIM shares, penny stocks, exploration companies or any pre-revenue companies. The risks are very substantial

To be clear- Yes I think AIM has low standards, penny stocks have low standards. The activity described by many on this board regarding AB would not be tolerated in Canada or the USA regulatory authorities. So either the AIM standards are low or the activities described by many here did not occur. Which one is it?

Thee Duke if the lithium is sold then there will be a benefit to RRR, the volume sold and the price will determine how much of a benifit

Helpful says he does not own RRR shares but rather is a creditor and a direct owner of lithium, if that is accurate then RRR issuing more shares has no impact on him. If helpful does own shares (now or in the future) he has better information by virtue of his direct interest in the lithium project to determine the possible value of RRR shares (now and in the future). Maybe Helpful shares accurate information with this board maybe not

Fyi 'illegal miners' since it is a cash business typically know what they are doing since they want to feed their families have knowledge about what is a good/high grade vs low grade. Plus there high grade material looks different- look at the pictures of the material piled up versus the rest of the pit.

IMO the key question is how much material is really there on the property

Zumore go back and read my posts about penny stocks and CEO's. Why in the world would anyone believe Migori was worth $1.5 billion? RRR had multiple brokerage reports claiming what was worth (and IMO even that was too high), there are numerous public reports on the internet analyzing gold deals detailing that the value of gold in the ground

There might be $1.5 billion of gold in the ground in Kenya but it costs lots of money to get it out. So gold might sell for $2,000 an ounce but gold in the ground sells for $20-$100 . IMO Kenya would be in the lower range (lower grade, political risk etc)

Be educated and take what you read from any company with several grains of salt

Zumore-Canada is a large country and has a lot of natural resources so there is a lot public companies in those areas. We understand the business and the risks. We tend to accept those risks.

However to go along with that, a public company has to report more broadly on those risks so there is a lot more transparency. For example in Canada there would be disclosure on the legal matters in particular the arbitration process itself. Also a poster mentioned that it took a long for RRR to disclose a problem (i forgot the exact details). This would not happen in Canada. The regulatory authorities have forced management changes including resignations. In extreme cases they have brought criminal charges

Denial about what?

1) CEO's get paid?

2) AIM and penny stocks are risky?

3) companies put out misleading information?

4) Most CEO of public companies sound positive about their own company?

5) buying or owning shares in RRR is risky?

6) Corporate forecasts/projections on future events might not happen? (NB the smaller the company the more remote they actually happen as forecast).

Tell me which of the above points am I in denial about?

There was an RRR RNS in August 2022 referencing arbitration. I think the bulk of the DRC status was discussed via video chats. Very little was actually said about the arbitration process. For example is it comparable to the arbitration process in Canada, US or UK? Even in those countries there are 2 types of arbitration-binding and non-binding. During the video chats AB gave impression that it was binding and money would flow once the decision was provided to the party holding the money.

What we dont know is what does it take to actually get a formal decision? Right now it looks like the losing side has used this as ploy to avoid legal action in the court system, This is the simple explanation. Others can post that the whole thing is just made up, there was no claims, no jv, property was not sold and AB has never been in Congo just photoshopped images.

Of course that also discounts the audits and regulatory issues that RRR would have in disclosing those events as if they were real? Are they real? Share price no doubt heavily influenced by the bashers here has no gone so low as to say no.

Time will tell. Risk vs Reward still looks good

Go ahead believe that AB is the only bad performing CEO, the only CEO who is getting paid., the only CEO who has had multiple projects fail. Go ahead and believe the AIM is full of winners, great projects and outstanding CEO's. If only AB had performed and/or worked for free then you would be rich.

If AB/RRR is that bad then flood the exchange with complaints, file lawsuits, Do something.

Everyone is biased. News releases and CEO's comments and inherently written to make bad sound great. A lot of posters here just want to have pity party.
