Can is not the same as "have started" or "will start"

The permit gives ALR/RRR the right to start but it is not clear that production has started or will start

Helpful- I agree that RRR has many irons in the fire however what is missing is any sense of priorities and timing of those projects. RRR continues to suffer from self inflicted wounds with no explanation. What do I mean by that?

Lithium-'sales are imminent' ; working on projections which should be done in 2-3 weeks, multiple applications ready to file.

No doubt there are number of projects which need cash to proceed, some project (such as filing applications) are matter of waiting with actual timing contingent on others to act, including regulatory/government agencies whose actual timing of a a response is always problematic

Others such as ELEP, Columbia etc are outside the control or influence of RRR but are still worthy of being commented

There no sense of what impacts RRR sense of direction or management of its assets. IMO it is hugely influenced by the timing of Congo cash, which is fine, but then what was the rationale of moving forward with other projects or work programs until that issue was resolved?

Dual listing increases visibility and therefore market price. What would have a greater impact on market price? a dual listing or another work program?

I always wondered why more AIM resource shares did not list in North America. This would have to help with liquidity and therefore Market cap and fund raising

Since AB has been in Congo for over a week I would imagine progress is being made on getting the cash. I suspect some revisions to allow VUP to get some cash, which has to be in writing, signed and appropriate seals etc required for agreements of that type all of which takes time. If so look for an RNS some time this week

IMO unless the Congo cash is received by end of July I suspect RRR will do another cash raise. RRR has too many projects in too many countries so their cash burn rate is very high.

I think this is why AB remains in Congo he believes (rightly or wrongly) that it is close. I would also imagine RRR will pick up another property mostly likely from Gecamines as a way to mend fences

Who is the bad actor? the one who pays or the one who receives the money? Geomcames received the money from outside the country
