for example Martha Stewart, a well known personality, author etc, served prison time in the US for trading on insider information.

dont be obtuse by posting "comments about ALR are not comments about RRR" RRR owns part of ALR so of course comments about ALR relate to RRR

You confirmed on this forum that you are an insider. You posted on this forum you made 10X profit on RRR and you posted on this forum you never lost money in RRR. Your profits would be forfeited with penalties in Canada or the US.

You also posted that ALR would be in production by April if anyone purchased RRR shares at that time they could sue you for damages in the US or Canada

By way of further personal background I have served as a director a number of public Canada and US companies and as such received briefings, outlines and training from those companies outside and insider legal counsel.

RRR is notably a much smaller public company, trading a different stock exchange and in a different country so the rules could be very different but the laws of both Canada and the US are based in general on English law so bringing this to everyone's attention and in particular to Helpful who I think should stop posting.

Depends on the answer, for example

Q cost to be APP? A-????? and that number is the same for ALR/ %RRR

Q what is the minimum grade of the concentrate that's produced A ??% and that % is the same %for RRR

The readers here do not know if it is insider information or not. Helpful wants to thread that needle and make his own personal decision on what is insider information or not. IMO that is not possible. Helpful may share information which he believes is not known or is not inside information but since Helpful most likely does have complete 100% knowledge about ALR/RRR this places him in a position of mistakenly disclosing insider information and faced with the impossible position of trying to explain to a regulatory that he really did not have insider information. I know for a fact that position would not be tolerated or accepted in the Canada and he would face possible fines, penalties, disciplinary action or even possible jail time

As an insider IMO everything Helpful posts here about ALR/RRR is tainted.

As everyone can read from my posts I have a significant problem with Helpful's posts given his admitted position as an insider. I don t think this is 'over dramatic'

Panda An answer to your question to Helpful would be useful but given his position as an insider Helpful should not respond. This is not the appropriate forum to convey insider information. Admittedly it may or may not be 'insider information' only Helpful would know which places everyone here at an extreme disadvantage in reading and interpreting his posts.

I have reported Helpful to the regulatory authorities and I believe everyone who reads the forum should evaluate their own criteria for reporting person of inappropriate posts

Helpful you are misdirecting by blaming changing government regulations and laws. The change you mention was announced BEFORE your statement that revenues would occur so you knew and intentionally wanted to post false information.

You have posted on multiple occasions about your involvement with RRR as well as direct ownership of projects including Lithium. YOU ARE AN INSIDER. Therefore you have unique requirements that the other posters here do not.

The fact that you occasionally sprinkle useful information does not change the reality that you have intentionally posted materially false information. You should change your DYOR to "Helpful is an insider who occasionally posts materially false information."

Lithium sales-yet despite the 'public domain' information you stated that Lithium sales would happen in April

RRR-again RRR wrote the RNS if the 'public domain' information was contrary to the RNS then it was intentionally false and misleading

Are seriously suggesting that people have to contact RRR/AB and let them know information that it in the 'public domain' ?

That is probably the most damaging thing I have read about RRR's management
