First my 2 cents

In August RRR stated this

"establishment and testing of representative samples"

Today RRR announced those results

Results were reviewed by a qualified person. The new person may or may not have not been on board. Other people most likely were present and may have taken their own samples (very common) and most likely would not share those results with RRR/ALR unless there was a vast difference. Visitors/potential partners dont share that information with property owner to maintain a perceived competitive advantage.

Property owners always take samples because they are familiar with property and visitors are not.

DYOR By this I mean, look at the results and determine for yourself -Are these good, bad or somewhere in between

Answer is not relevant- AB, like the RRR shareholders, is still waiting. Shares are holding up nicely under the circumstances

I am surprised that RRR has not called for an AGM to approve issuance of shares so perhaps he thinks Congo cash is close

LOL I understand reality which is: RRR is a small cap stock with no cash flow. Too many projects, limited management to actually manage those projects which are in multiple countries, many of which are known to be difficult to actually conduct business.

This was true prior to my investment over a year ago, remains true today and for the foreseeable future.

I accepted those risks in exchange for the potential rewards

This is akin to speculation or gambling than an investment in a more traditional sense like the FTSE 100

replace RRR with another stock symbol such as: Barclays, Shell HSBC, Apple, Exxon etc and you can make the same observation

Banbury- I do not place "trust' as an metric. All CEO's operate in their own best interest that is human nature. Expecting something different is foolhardy.

issues like transparency and 'proper governance" are always in short supply at a small public company- Again (3rd tine) expecting something different is foolhardy.

example- UK regulations do not force a RNS for small loans (under 200k) so RRR like all the other public companies does not make a RNS- Is this due to poor management or a desire NOT to be transparent? or merely complying with regulations.

RRR needs cash to operate as do all non revenue producing companies. THAT IS A GIVEN. Rasing funds will happen from 3 sources

-issue new shares

-borrow

-sell assets

If you dont like that AIM investment rules dont invest invest

Yes I first got in at around ..60 Why? Congo I thought 3 years to accomplish. I bought knowing RRR was non revenue producing and would need cash. Personally I thought RRR would wait to get the cash before expanding. They did not and needed a lot more cash when Congo did not happen quickly

ALR/Lithium looks very promising.

I averaged down at .2

IMO Congo will still happen and ALR/Lithium will generate ongoing interest

My best guess is less than 30 days for something to break

Of course RRR has problems. There is a reason the share price is down.. I dont blame AB for getting paid however I do fault him on his strategy-too many projects in too many countries. He mistakes activity for productivity. But at least he works hard and tries.

There is a lot of noise on Congo. IMO the court victory means RRR will ultimately be sucessful but RRR still has to deal with the political players fighting for the old corrupt way who are resisting the change. That takes time

Really? go back read/listen. laws/regulations changed. ALR/RRR had to change their production model. Now they are looking at contract mining and selling to Chinese. Much larger operation means more time planning etc

Hopefully the Chinese are interested and will fund

IMO great risk vs reward

RRR has multiple sources of cash so for current shareholders the issue is which source will RRR use?

1) authorize more shares via GM which would have to be announced via RNS

my guess would 2 weeks to cash

2) Cash from Congo- given the cash need AB would have to very confident that this cash would arrive soon (less that 2 weeks)

30 ELEP IPO seems to be happening with more SEC filings- its been delayed so many times I am not sure it can be relied upon given RRR's need for cash

4) Chinese sales agreement- IMO this will not happen quickly (ie within 2 weeks)

5) Asset sale-sale/JV of Kenya not likely until licenses are renewed. Maybe a sale of the gold royalty coming from S America. If so I am not sure if it could happen in 2 weeks

If AB is in Congo then the odds of cash from Congo would be higher

Banbury RRR last RNS and AB interview moved the goal post on sale due to regulatory changes. Now the focus is partnering with contract miner and sales agreement with Chinese

I am guessing a RNS will be issued by Friday. Partly due to the insiders silence but also one is due,

I am torn between a RNS for (wishful thinking) Congo funding or a GM for funding (reality)

The 1993 Criminal Justice Act (Section 57) defines who is an “insider”, in the sense that they knew they had inside information and that they had it from an inside source.

Inside sources can be direct or indirect.

Helpful Insider - you read but do not understand. I agree that you have a variety of defense if charged with trading on insider information. However to use those defenses you must be charged or at least under investigation. which means you are paying an attorney/solicitor whether thats Stephen Fox or someone else which means $$$$ out of pocket. The regulators use public money while you use your own. Personally I avoid situations which involve head I lose, tails they win.

While information is public the interpretation of that information could be inside information. emphasis on 'could be'

The regulators and your defender can discuss those details at length while you pay the bill.

Banbury In the US capital losses can offset capital gains so at a 50% combined federal and state rate there would a 50% benefit if ELEP was a loss
