I dont follow your logic which computes a discounted share based on interest and fees. Lets focus on the interest which based on your calculation means that the note holder would ONLY get that interest if they convert. This makes no sense. Surely they get the interest irrespective if they convert. If rolled over it would added into a new note and paid at some future date. I am not sure why you included a "fee" discount but clearly including the interest shows your calculation is faulty

Pumpy -AB has made multiple trips to Congo to complete Arbitration process which then leads to the cash.

There are lengthy discussions and information about finalizing the arbitration process which now 'appears' to be completed.

Keep in mind even 99% done is still not done and completing that last 1% still takes an unknown amount of time

I should have added do not chase stock up as I expect a fund raise of 200-300k

just a guess on amount but RRR must be spending a fair amount of money dealing with events in Zimbabwe

AIMOilking- IMO it was the resident Helpful Insider who stated income/cash flow would start in April. RRR/AB are pretty good about being vague in RNS which is the best source of information IMO

AB's video comments are more positive and predictably not reliable

Personally I have work with dozens of geologists and IMO the better ones had more practical experience than initials after their name . More years in school means more specific knowledge about one aspect of geologist. I think RRR is right to get a broad based technical person JMO

IME (in my experience) the Chinese can move fast (if they wa-+++++nt). They are already in Zimbabwe, well established and know how the system works.

IME that lack of EIA will not prevent a deal from being worked on which in turn created the needed for an RNS. Otherwise the Chinese simply would have told RRR to come back later.

I think this RNS will get some attention.

if correct then IMO the prior estimate is no longer valid (even assuming it was reasonable to begin with)

I do find some agreement with the Insider that value needs to be updated and the value would increase significantly but I suspect it will wait until after a Chinese funding deal (if one is to be done)

In addition for the capital costs RRR/ALR have to budget for operating costs etc, IMO I think it higher which ultimately is not particularly relevant since IMO I think it very profitable and paid for the Chinese. MARU has a market cap of 15 million so that shows the potential for RRR
