Toto Wolff team principle at Mercedes F1 team. Now he also owns a large stake in competitor team Racing Point which will be branded Aston Martin from next year. Very odd unless Mercedes are looking to pull out as a works team next year?

What's making it climb today?

MattWales. Why would they hurtle towards 30p when that is what everyone has had to pay to get them plus their initial cost of existing shares they had which where a multiple of the 30p price. In my case I paid over £3 a share. I need 97p to break even so no idea why you think 30p is fair valuation of the shares. This will settle around 60p-70p before hopefully pushing back upto £1+ in secing half of year.

I need about 97p to breakeven after the rights issue. Hopefully this will hit £1 sooner rather than later. I understand people bagging a profit off the rights issue but they would benefit from holding a few months until cv19 is over and done with.

Why are there do many single digit number of shares transactions on this ??

Rohan, read back on the posts. You should have the option to buy equivslent of an additional 3 shares per share you already own at 30p each over the upcoming days. I maybe wrong on the next part but I think you have this option available to you upto the middle of April. If you don't purchase them I guess they remove that option from you. Clearly it is best to purchase them at 30p to bring your average down to a more realistic level.

Seaofdebt, so pretty much what I said earlier market cap should settle at somewhere between £1- £1.5 billion if the share price is in the 75p to £1.10 price range.

Gareth, my understanding is that once everyone has paid 30p per additional share this will then raise around £300-£350 million. This will value the company at around £1-£1.5 billion if share price settles between 70p-£1.10.

Hereshopin. Correct me if I am wrong. If I owned 1000 shares before yesterday and paid £2.10 a share. I now have the opportunity to buy 3 additional shares at 30p each meaning I will now have 4000 shares that are averaged as paying 75p each. So as long as share price stated above 75p happy days. If it remains at £1 then 33% up. I assume the share broker will allocate the shares without our involvement and then we choose whether to purchase them?

Do Centurion still own 40% of NMC?

NMC announced on 17 January 2020 that the Independent Review Committee of the Board of NMC (the "Committee") had retained the law firm Glaser Weil LLP which then engaged Mr Louis Freeh, former Federal Judge and FBI Director, and his firm Freeh Group International Solutions, LLC (together the "Review Advisers"), in each case to advise and assist the Committee in relation to its review into allegations raised in recent reports by short seller Muddy Waters and certain other third parties.

Latino. Liquidity issues will have been caused by Shetty raiding Finablr piggy bank. He is supposedly a billionaire yet has to keep taking loans or selling off chunks of shares or hiding borrowing from his companies. This will hit a penny a share or be suspended. Why has it not already been suspended when it's lost 97% of its value in around 6 months. Shetty and most of his board are crooks.

Who do you think the third parties where? Other board members perhaps or a whistleblower in accounts department?

The warnings where posted that this would be single digits. Closed at 4.5p today. It should have been suspended as soon as the 2.7 billion was found missing from NMC. Same owner and a number of same board members. This I will be less than 1p if if it's not suspended before opening tomorrow. Shetty could always pump in a few hundred million of the money he has stolen from NMC if he wants as one liquidity. It's more likely to go bust now and he no doubt has hedged all his shares so won't be bothered and will resign from it to leave another mess.
