There has to be a logical reason why JB is doing this rather than accepting the offer that's been proposed? The share price could drop lower than the potential dividend payment if that still goes ahead.

Judge mental. It would be around 4.75 million shares a day. 475 million shares for entire company. Richmond group proposing to sell their 60% at 1% of Amigo a day. About 60 days of selling around 4.75 million shares into the open market daily. Or have I read it wrong?

Advice appreciated. I have a Degiro account but due to covid19 they are not accepting my transfer of additional trx shares purchased through primarybid. Can anyone suggest an alternative platform based on their own experience. I assume I need to set up a new account and inform primary bid where I would like them transferred too.

Estimating loan book is at around £600-£700 million which no doubt can be sold on for at least £500 million+. Valuation has to be around £600-£750 million based on what's in bank and the loan book valuation. That gives it over £1 a share valuation. Is that unreasonable?

There is no chance of them accepting a sale at 20.9p however is it a potential ploy whereby he can now decide to go private by offering something similar. Surely its worth 60p-£1 a share? £120 million in the bank plus the loan book which can still be sold?

Worst case scenario IMHO is it could drop as low as 0.35p on sell off day. Those that bought for a quick trade could flood the market for a quick 25-30% profit. After that I think a quick recovery back to 0.5p then onwards and upwards. It is way undervalued and I can see it worth £100 million within 12-18 months. That would be around 1.4p a share so over 3 times it's current sp.

Can anyone clarify this part of the RNS?

The winners are the BOD and anyone who only bought in on Primarybid without an existing share holding. The BOD see huge longterm growth and I am sure they will want to see their own investment double, triple, quadruple over the next 6-18 months. My belief is this can hit 1p again during 2020. That will please most but unfortunately still leave many out of pocket. GLA.

I have signed up for an equal amount to my existing holding. Should give me a 0.65p average. I think that it will go as low as 0.4p before it starts to recover. The reality is that it will give the company financial stability and could be the last cash raise they ever need to do. I am annoyed at the huge discount however especially for anyone who has recently topped up or LTH's. It's a huge kick in the teeth. Perfect timing if you where looking to invest anyway.

The Requisition Notice proposes resolutions to appoint each of Sam Wells and Nick Makin as directors of the Company and to remove each of the current members of the board. In accordance with Section 304(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company must post a notice of general meeting, containing the resolutions set out in the Requisition Notice, to its shareholders by no later than 20 May 2020.

I was at 95p average but managed to average down to 60p todsy after buying more at 28.7p. I think this will be slow upside until next year for me. Hopefully some of you can double up before Christmas if you bought in at 30p or less. GLA.

Hopefully on yesterday's news this will at least maintain a level between 1.2p-1.5p until finance is fully resolved. I would expect it to at least double if not triple once a favourable resolution is found. Long term hold for me. Imagine where it will be at in 5 years time.

Laid back, recent posts over last week, no way am I buying above 25p. Waiting for 20-22p.Waiting for teens. Waiting for 16p. He will be saying waiting for 25p when it's at 30p. Then it will be waiting for 30p when it's 35p and so in. How many more times will he mention debt and risk etc etc.? Constant negative and getting nowhere. Yawn, yawn.

So many hoping for It to drop. I hope it keeps rising and hits 30p today so you all sod off. If it then hits 40p next week everyone else can just laugh it you all for missing out. I am LTH and will remain so until this is back to a fair valuation.
