Deos. It was never worth 10 billion. On paper it looked like it was worth 10 billion because of falsified accounting. The reality is that it may have been worth 3-5 billion or even less if everything was declared legitimately. We will never know what it's true value could have been. It is probably not worth 5 billion at the moment and thats if the debt was written off.

Pearls, he doesn't have the 56% of shares in this. They have been pledged to a bank for collateral on a loan. It's mentioned in the RNS from 9th March which he is disputing. He is if course denying it but that's exactly what he did regarding NMC. He has in reality already sold his holding here unless he uses some of the money he has stolen from NMC to pay the bank back to get his shares back. I very much doubt he will do that as they will be worth much less than he borrowed against them. This is the same pattern as NMC. The bank will no doubt be left holding shares that are worthless and there will likely be another black hole in Finablr accounts already which will grow as he is still pulling the strings for now. He is not going to run this legitimately whilst robbing from NMC. Why did he need to pledge his shares? Because he is a thief. If this does not get suspended tomorrow expect a large numbers of shares being sold off as everyone walks away with whatever they can get

KOH this will no doubt be bankrupt within the next few weeks. Hopefully some of the dodgy loans will have to be paid back in to NMC and this will be sold on so you get something back here also. The board are corrupt and you know it. You will just have to hope there is still some value left in it. He has pawned the majority of his shares in this as he did in NMC.

I believe CEO will be named and atleast done other positive news will be notified perhaps a farm in partner or an asset sold. I need 32p for break even so let's see what happens.

MrD Just for information Mr ****ty has 30 companies so no doubt the money has been passing through all of them. He has been trying to flog the Pharmaceutical business for between 700million and 1 billion. I just hope they can recover a good chunk of this missing 2.7 billion.

Adzy I had under 5% in NMC and zero in Finablr. As you said you need to diversify across different companies to at least give yourself some level of protection. It is never worth risking going all in on one share.

The last RNS on Finablr indicates he borrowed against his shares in Finablr which he denied surprise surprise.

Do the FCA have authority to suspend and freeze his other company interests? I am assuming he will be suspended from positions at them before opening tomorrow? His actions have put all of the companies at risk. I expect he will have done the same with Al of them. Robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Would not surprise me if it's announced Mr ****ty has died whilst he lives the remainder of his life in his mansion in India. There will be a lot of red faces in UAE after all the awards etc Mr ****ty has been given over the years. There maybe a slim hope that the government buys up the business and we get something back. The debt could be that they don't own the assets that where on the balance sheet as they have all been sold and leased back. Then the property company may well have sold them on a second time to other none related parties.

Examples of cooking the books/ asset value stripping.Buy a hospital through your property business for £5 million. Sell it to NMC for £10 million. NMC sell it for £5 million back to the property business who then lease/rent it back to NMC. NMC down £5 million as well as paying for lease/rent. The property business have a new building they got for free and are receiving rent on it. Easy way to extract money as well as make plenty from a separate business. Similar no doubt with the pharmacy business he has by selling drugs and equipment to NMC for a ridiculous mark up. Lots of fingers in lots of pies.

Fingers crossed the debt is tied to his other companies and it can be claimed back by shutting them down and asset stripping them to repay what he has taken from NMC. Property company, Finablr, pharmacy company. Just hope there not all in the same boat

I'm at average of 32p so any bids over 50p would be welcomed and £1 would be amazing. I do feel for those in this at over £1. It's going to be a long haul to reach those levels again anytime soon.
