I received a call from Barclays on Saturday morning, as promised, where they confirmed that my holding should now be showing in full and that they would revert back to me within a maximum of 8 weeks with a reply to my official complaint and with the value of compensation being offered. They did however state that I would likely get a reply within a week, as my complaint was fairly straightforward.
