I also believe that an RNS will probably have little positive upward movement in SP but no RNS will most definitely be taken advantage of by the usual suspects...whoever they may be.

Being optimistic, I'd expect the pattern to change in the next 1-1.5 hours, sales to slow, buys to rise, SP to rise and back to square one. Anyone agree.

You are absolutely correct pb940. So essentially we should be expecting results as well as dividend policy. If we don’t get results then we’ve missed an important target date and there might also be some doubt over the second instalment if the employee share scheme. I cannot see any way that they would not meet their target publication date with such an important announcement.....why set a date otherwise. Hence, today or tomorrow it needs to be. Excited and ever so slightly concerned?? I’m just excited for now

Perhaps just a case of the MMs playing a blinder and getting hold of all the shares that they were short of prior to our next rise. The only way to defeat them is simply hold your shares....you've got to be in it to win it.

Agreed Buzzizpster, and given that the redistribution policy has been signposted twice in recent weeks/months, I still fully expect to hear about that either today or tomorrow. Regardless of how little detail is in it, we really need to see it in the next 48 hours....or else criticism of the BOD and their inability to stick to their promises will be ramped up by certain folk.
I can't see them not comic good, so I continue to watch and hope with baited breath. I'm not expecting a special dividend but would certainly not say no to one

I suspect that it won't be genuine holders selling...perhaps those on the dark side have seen a very short term opportunity in light of the lower than expected amount of buying. They better keep their fingers crossed that Fortune doesn't drop the bombshell on them this afternoon.

As Knuttie has just said....get ahead of the pack and don't wait for the next news to be released...that's the game and thanks to the superb research by so many posters on here, we are allowed to do so.

They can definitely read, but if they are oversold from the last few days, they will do all they can to close the shortfall at lower prices rather than higher....I don't think they will manage it. Could be a sore one for them.

Not sure of the closing position for MMs yesterday in terms of balance of buys v sells, but it will be interesting to see how they play this one out this morning. I certainly would not like to be Short on BMN at this time....there were quite a few doing so recently by all accounts...such a shame if any were still doing so.

With the mineral resource update being flagged for 15th April, do we think that they will still provide a divi policy update on its own and prior to this date...eg. this week.?
