qwertyqwer25, I agree with you but sincerely feel that to create a presentation in which Divi policy was mentioned, and then to RNS the same presentation a day or so later, it would be unthinkable to not reveal the Divi policy. Patience as always...Lol.

Does anyone have any details of what MMs are sitting on what? Doing some dummy sells and getting quoted for low volumes only....MM games to create an illusion or large sell in the background? Can anyone help clarify?

Looks like we will have some buying opportunities again today. No doubt some short selling or games going on in the absence of any RNS. Or perhaps some holders using the non appearance of an RNS to reduce and then buy back cheaper while knowing that the SP will drop a little each day....Who knows?

Not really caring though as I will follow my tried and tested method of sitting tight and selling nothing. Come on Fortune, let's be having it!

Given the low volume, I am puzzled by the need to delay the 3 x 100k buys by an hour or so, and also the 80k sell. Seems such a waste of time.

Not much to justify a 1p drop on Bid from late Friday afternoon Bid. They will however keep taking 100k from you so hopefully just some fishing

Looks like a lower opening Bid...same as usual, but already rising very slightly and willing to take higher volume. Hopefully just the usual MM fishing games then onwards and upwards.

Exactly Knuttie, the subject of dividends must at least be clarified or delayed, but nevertheless needs to be discussed or disclosed otherwise criticism will be plentiful. Having said that, there is still plenty of time, so I’m fairly confident we’ll hear something soon.

Lindon, you may end up being right re the dividend policy but I sincerely hope not as they have not only clarified their intentions to divulge a policy this quarter via the recent presentation, but they subsequently RNSed the presentation soon after it was published. To fail in at least explaining the policy would open up the BOD to criticism from the usual and other suspects which would ultimately affect the SP. Even if the effect was temporary, it should still be avoidable at all costs

No or little move on the wide spread and Bid/Ask while MMs wait for someone to blink.

I don't think they are all sells huzzy. The spread would be making quite a loot of buys look like sells.

No need for apology Jagadish, just glad that I'm not going mental and imagining things. I knew i'd read about a large sale being expected similar to the one we got last year and that I'd though I'd read it on the Bushveld Perspective....just couldn't remember when and what volume.

dryland, I'm sure it was from Alfa's daily analysis through the early part of this year....perhaps I've just got confused.

I was under the impression that the MMs had sold circa 15m more than they had at some point over the period through Jan/Feb....perhaps I missed some of the updates but this was what i seem to recall seeing.

Should we still expect to see a very large circa 15m sale being declared?

Alfa & Roscon, I should really have put an exclamation mark at the end of my sentence to highlight my sarcasm. I think we are all in agreement that buyers and sellers have seldom been the driving force of the SP recently.
