1. Heat pumps don't work with existing combi boilers. You need hybrid heat pumps. Not yet good enough.

2. Solar panels great but let's hope the grid is ready

3. Serious work needed to ensure the batteries and panels have a clear lifespan and maintenance free or will end up costing homeowners more.

4. Nuclear SMRs should have started being built but they're too short term to do that.

Homes should not be a maintenence nightmare they are today.

Curious how far this goes and how good they really are at this. I'm resisting replacing my gas boiler until I know what's what and get reliable installers and equipment. It's all from China so who knows how good it is.
