RE: Is21 Jul 2022 10:41
Amigo decided to go back to business instead of closing doors, and they weren't lending. With a Mcap of £6m, the downside is limited, but the upside is huge, given they get the regulatory approval and the finance for the Scheme - my guess is evenly cash-equity-loan. So, if they raise £15m for the Scheme, that would be done after the Scheme is completed, hence, the SP shall be above current levels, my guess is that the raise can be done at 10p easily, which would double the number of shares. Hence, a conservative estimation is to go back to 2019 figures in FY2024, with Digital growing fast, with a earnings per share of 6p, which is more than the current share price. I may be wrong, but I think it is the right (yet hard) step to do to save the company from the FOS claims.
I have opened a small position today, and I expect to buy more shares as more details are disclosed.
