Chevron's assets are in EG not GA

After completing the merger, Vaalco will be back to the LSE. Now it has producing assets in Canada, Egypt and Gabon, with ongoing development in Equatorial Guinea, where the POD of Block B was recently approved. Let's see how the company performs at both E&D&P and M&A fronts, there has been some speculations about the interest in acquiring Chevron's assets in Gabon, which originally belong to Noble from where some Vaalco's directors come.

Hasn't the Noble Hans Deul rig moved a little further from Southwark?

I've heard that this is on top of the forecasted $10.4 million ... So the whole amount of $17.2m wasn't included in the provision in last accounts.

Another Q and the cash is going elsewhere as the total position is very similar to end of Q2. I'm guessing they didn't cash any receivables; I'm afraid they could have even increased in the period. It is an evil's game, Enwell and the offtaker belong to the same holding, which is using Enwell to manage the liquidity of other companies in the group. The investor if not a priority in this company.

Isn't it the right moment for EOG, UJO and Egdon to merge and then dispose the non-core exploration licenses? It seems obvious to me that these three companies depend on Wressle and they are in a similar position. EOG seems the cheapest of the three, but I see them being much more capable and efficient together than separated. What do you think?

Another unnecessary RNS like the last one? They already stated they will report when there is something relevant to report. They already mentioned in the initial RNS that the fluid loss IS NOT UNCOMMON in that area, and others posters with drilling background have confirmed it in this board.

There isn't a single new piece of information in that RNS, it shouldn't affect the SP. The event on the 28th seems to become more and more relevant though.

Do you think that the receivables will be cashed any time soon?

The management of cash in this company is worrisome, at least. They keep lowering cash and equivalents without an explaination, I guess it is being "donated" somewhere

In USD the company has lagged a lot more than in GBP. I don't see why the government would affect a company operating in London. It does not make much sense it is still listed in London, it should go for a EEUU listing.

The CNE board is against the shareholders, they are giving away 35,000 boed to a very indebted company, which will use Capricorn's cash resources to pay shareholders. NewMed are 84,000 boed from 1 single asset with a EV of $5,100, including $3,000 of Mcap and $2,200 of debts with less than $100m in cash. Seriously, this offer looks like a joke
