Indeed it is tricky. The acquisition RNS published in 24 October 2022 said "6-inch gas gathering pipeline", which is the pipeline extending northwest in two different legs, ending in the gas facility you mention. The pipeline going southeast from there it is 16-inch, which may be the one that Dominion could have purchased, but I am not sure that such operation has been made, as I couldn't find the authorisation.
I read the documents that led to PEMC's fine and shut-in of its infrastructure, and it seems the pipeline and plant were ok. However, PEMC's management was dismissive and reckless in addressing the issues found by the inspection.

Mind that the pipeline was shut down by the regulators due to a series of safety concerns, including the eastern processing plant of the 2 owned by Pacific Energy, who failed to convinced that they have implemented all needed safety measures to ensure the pipeline will be safe in the future. It is key that CH addresses in the webinar or a RNS what's the relationship to Pacific Energy, as the company has been pretty vague about the details of the gas processing infrastructure it acquired. The deal was $750,000 (if I remember it well) for assets valued at $8m, but I guess there is a huge retrofit and safety workover to be done in the infrastructure before regulators allow the use. I'd appreciate if anyone could correct me and provide the details

Adon, I think nobody knows if they acquired the whole pipeline, which is very long, or just part of it, the southern segment, for example.
Also, I suposed Zephyr had acquired the pipeline when they bought the accreage including the Federal 28-11 well from Pacific, but I'm not sure that it has actually happened that way. Pacific may have retained the ownership over the pipeline.

Zephyr bought the pipeline from Pacific Energy, together with the Federal 28-11 well. I'd say the condition of this pipeline is at least troublesome in some points. For example, take a look with street view to the coordinates (38.945194, -110.103417), where the pipeline just crosses a dirt track and any vehicle has to drive over it. I have checked the permission and the well pad (38.899690, -110.042874) is going to be connected to that same pipeline at more of less (38.908833, -110.021167).

My information says that the NHD will stay in position while the fracking stimulation is being done, but it will stop drilling meanwhile. The A1 will be complete after the stimulation is over, not in parallel.

The vessel has been there for quite some time. This is the same that retrofitted the pipeline (https://www.subsea7.com/en/media/company-news/2020/subsea-7-awarded-contract-offshore-uk.html). I guess if IOG has commissioned the replacement of the defective valve to SS7 or that they are responsible for the damage/defect that has caused the problem. If it is the latter, IOG will not bear the cost and could even ask for a compensation for the damages caused.

Also, new debt is lower and cheaper, which should improve profitability in the short term. The biggest setback I see is when the production decline will stop. The stock may be really cheap if the Ural oil discount closes or reduces, the debt is paid off and the company is still able to produce north of 10,000 boepd.

Even considering the billion and a half new shares. It is not clear to me what is the "new" debt level after the SoA, which is the actual driver for the EV at this Mcap. Production seems to be leveling and decline lowering, but still kicking

Chariot is becoming a memestock with these announcements, why is a RNS needed to announce a project with an University? Such pilot is far from being industrialised or commercial. This is just another try to fool investors and keep them entertained while the Anchois project is not progressing at all.
