Hi, I personally think that is way behind us as nearly 5 years ago.

In my opinion it is a complete lack of exposure, you have all these crap companies who are constantly drumming the PR machine to raise cash and exposure. They get a cult PI following. YU have failed in this department the business is thriving so why not shout it from the roof tops ? Now Liberum on board I hope the PR machine is about to go into overdrive .

I find it odd that people like you come along and try to trash talk the company yet over the last 4 years they have reset, quadrupled clients and turnover tripled.

In the 3rd major once in a lifetime event, C19, energy crisis and now recession with the first two expertly navigated while over 30 rivals collapsed.

At the end of the day the SP here is either insanely low in which case it will do a TNT and go up 100% one day when the herd arrive.

Also if the company was so bad why would premier Miton hold nearly 7% they are no mugs.

I think combines like TNT which you seem to be a big fan off will struggle before YU group. What’s your turnover, profit, cash position ( oops funding round coming ) and your market cap is what again ? Oh yeah nearly as much as YU.

So we have a company with no debt, I keep mentioning this as it’s important, again no debt to service and has grown to turnover that I now believe could hit £275 to £300m this year.

MC is £30 with a significant cash pile, yes that will fall as industry payments are made but within months will rise back up. YU keep telling us the balance sheet is extremely strong which it is and profits forecast at £3m this year on turnover of £215m

Well turnover is going to smash that which has a knock on effect on profit which I am guessing will be closer to £5m than £3m

The numbers are mind blowing as the turnover increased if you look at Sp Angel note turnover of £294m forecast for 2024, I think they will hit that this year if so the forecast EPS is 46p and net cash in 14m that is 7 times the 2022 forecast as the turnover increases exponentially increases cash and profit as overheads as a percentage of turnover rapidly decrease as a percentage of turnover

Very exciting times for holders and I am just shock the market is so bling to what is happening, there is a saying you cannot see the wood for the trees.

That rings true as everyone moaning about the energy sector and high prices and they are coming in for negative press, cool but the insane profit are due to the massively increased revenue v overheads so obviously profits are going to be insane.

More revenue coming for H2 could be pushing £175 to 200m just for H2 at this rate.

FY revenue of £300m is looking highly likely for 2022.

Overheads should remain stable and therefore increased profit as gross margins are increasing.

I agree why keep this research to paying clients but if it brings in HNWIs I don’t give two ****s. I have done my own research and more than happy to hold and wait because this will take of and when it does it will not stop

This is a decision for Liberum and not Yu Group. All analyst research is independent from companies and different banks have different compliance and rules about its availability - this is a directive from the FCA.

So this isn’t a YU thing it’s liberum. To be honest if they bring in large investors I do not care, and if Liberum aren’t working hard get rid in 12 months time as they need to earn there fees.

Now liberum should be using influence to sell YU investment to HIgh net Worth clients and investment houses. Little people like us are small fish , but when I hold just Under 1% of the company I feel I should be heard and Talchan do respond. They are very good.

I will sit back and wait now and see how liberum perform, I moaned about lack of investor engagement and maybe coincidence but a couple of weeks later SP Angel out the door.

If YU really want to be a major player they need to up the PR game big time.

Haha it’s not a buy yet for big Toms team but an acknowledgement they are doing well in a tricky sector so a hold for now. After 47 negative articles this is a massive wind back by SPs
