RE: Big day tomorrow25 May 2022 20:46
I am with you sharenicelynow, it’s a trading update, nothing more nothing less, but people will expect a lot more as always oh **** no cash figure , placing coming blah blah blah.
You would think YU would learn the PR game by now as they where are
pretty crap at it and not improved much, it’s about how you deliver the message
Now if me and business is flying and way ahead of 2021 which I fully expect it is
How about opening with an outstanding start to 2022 with monthly bookings and turnover significantly ahead of market forecast with meter point numbers at record levels and significantly beating market estimates which is expected to continue throughout the year.
YU are seeing no negative impact on bad debt and cash is significantly ahead of FY 21.
So in saying this you are actually given no figures but said everything people need to know, turnover, cash, profit, clients all booming and 2022 is going to smash estimates with no affect to date of bad debt being seen.
Sometimes I think YU deliberately tone down the RNS not like some ****e on AIM who’s RNS are completely negative but spin it in such a way investors go wild buying
