The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Any money she has spent on ORCP shares for herself is ultimately our money anyway isn't it?........I mean the wages that she 'earns' to buy shares hasn't come from any revenue or profits generated, it's shareholder money, where else has it come from?.......it's a win win for her and a lose lose for us.......she's drawn and gained far more than she's lost......and she stopped buying shares a while ago when the share purchase plan became 'too costly' and 'too cumbersome'. As for managing the finances, she said herself (can't remember when or which placing) that she could have raised more but didn't.....seems she thought it better to run the business on a 'hand to mouth' basis, raising smaller amounts only as and when required.....that worked out well.
Coro up 20% today.....on the news Naheed has gone :o)
While we languish here a FTSE 100 company has nearly 10 bagged from its lowest point in the last 4 years.
She made such an impact over there that they don't even know her name - Naheed MeNon.....spelt like that with an 'n' twice in the RNS.

Apologies, my comment was tongue in cheek, I was just flabbergasted when I looked at Twitter last week and saw someone thanking the woman.
Someone still persistently ditching 100,000, wish they'd pack it in!
I think we all need to take to Twitter and thank Naheed for what she's doing here.
Pauliewonder, I think he said that's the ball park valuation he would expect to see once a successful DFS has been completed?....nevertheless we're certainly undervalued, dysfunctional market indeed.
Just listened to it, I always feel reassured when I listen to Mike speak, to me he always comes across as balanced in what he says. One thing that did surprise me though was that he said 'the bulk sample is busy on the water on its way to China'......I would have thought it would have been there by now given that we were told it had been prepared for export in the RNS of 11th December?
It is bizarre......hope they don't know something we don't!
I thought we'd seen the last of that..
It's 482m dollars I think but even still, it beats me!
Malvern, ah yes, now I see, I thought that 2-3p was an arbitrary price range being quoted, however, looking at the trajectory of TGR it seems that's where they're headed, so it makes sense why DRealJohnJohno had that in mind when making the comment.
Time will obviously tell but I think watching this over the next 2-3 years is going to be far from boring DRealJohnJohno....if or when we get into production and you decide to invest in BRES you can buy some of mine as I'll probably sell some, you won't get them for 5p though.
I've been looking for recent interviews, I found one from last November, has Burt given any since then?......his demeanour was totally different in that to one I saw in 2022, very lacklustre.
Ralladw2 - that's easy to consider with the fresh eyes of a newcomer to ORCP who hasn't lost a small fortune and been misled over a number of years......perhaps if I hadn't invested here before and had no experience of the woman in charge I'd take a punt.
Blimey, what happened here?
I think the bigger problem is that everyone now knows how our CEO operates.
