The share price has 'tanked' since 27th February, I think the war with Iran (which started on 28th February) has had a part to play.

Should have said everything transferred in specie, no need to sell.

I transferred my HL ISA to AJ Bell recently, all done via AJ Bell, I didn't need to deal with HL at all, AJ Bell did everything, easy.
