I think Mike probably meant a safe and stable country as far as Africa is concerned, I'm sure he wasn't comparing it to Switzerland....the DFC didn't seem overly bothered when they agreed the $5m grant, I'm guessing they must have done some due diligence....I don't think anyone here is worrying Scaffman......you said you got out at 8.4p, are you buying again at some point?

I personally think they'll secure funding for both P1 and P2 in one go.....they've already declined some offers (as I understand it) so presume in no particular hurry to sell.

Watched some snippets of an interview with the CEO, was enough to deter me from investing.

625,000 warrants of 6p exercised, they continue to come piecemeal.

Perhaps there is also some uncertainty surrounding the Ugandan elections next week?...although I can't see that having much impact.

Quite some predictions there.....mining licence was granted in 2019 so Ugandan Government don't take 15% as it was prior to the updated mining act.

If they're not already wealthy they will be if this pans out as we all hope it will.

Blencowe Resources Plc (LSE: BRES) announces that it has issued 12,000,000 DFS Performance Shares.

The DFS Performance Options have now vested following the completion and publication of the company's Definitive feasibility Study on 1 December 2025. Accordingly, the Company is now required to issue 12,000,000 new ordinary shares as set out below (the "DFS Performance Shares").

Each holder of the DFS Performance Shares has agreed to a lock up for a period of 12 months from Admission.
