Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Mantasz
If aimed at me please carry on.
You have no clue as to the realities of what’s happening in UB.
I am currently in the Shangri la. Very happy to meet any representative from Matad.
They will know where to find me and who I work for.
You melt.
Good point about asking logical questions.
I know the CEO is not in UB as I am so where is he ?
Secondly MRPAM and others are asking the same questions, to the extent Matad being leaderless and rudderless are losing their good local people to other local companies.
Lastly one of the major drillers in Mongolia asked to meet on Saturday morning as they have no idea what Matads plans are for 2022.
I think there is clear evidence Matad need a rethink.
I am not here to run Matad as I have bigger things to do, but surely someone should be ??
Do you want me to join the dots up for you Ojay ??
Mongolian drilling company, based on the same floor as Matad.
Rig in country. Could even tell you where it is.
Not sure why people are questioning rigs in country. The actual rig was very successful for Max Group a few years ago, and has been used by Matad.
Do your homework Ojay.
Ronny.
I fully support your perspective on your point below. As soon as this statement appeared I simply asked who these blue chip investors are. Matad made the statement so please provide the detail. Still nothing.
2. Why did you initially state that you had bought on ‘a number of blue-chip investors’ in the fund raise, but now show in the proactive presentation the removal of the term ‘blue chip’ – who are the ‘significant’ investors you discuss, are these only Mongolian or are any western investors? TR-1 announcements do not show any new ‘significant’ investors.
Mike and the board made the statement so put this to bed and be transparent. I think I know the answer already and Mongolian companies are hardly blue chip, so who ever are advising Matad I would probably fire them. I would also be very careful our Mongolians on the board are not supporting their friends in UB with cheap shares. It’s very easy to track these things in Mongolia. Blue Chip !!! Emmmmmmmm
I accept Matad will make mistakes, but governance, compliance and transparency are not examples where Matad can think they can pull the wool.
I see Ronny is venting again.
If he does not like the message, he reverts to kill the message, kill the messenger.
And now he is an expert on Matad. Next he will be an expert on Mongolian politics, MRPAM, the energy and mining minister. All from his desk in his bedroom.
Your some man Ronny. I do enjoy your posts. You are funny.
Ronny.
You have a nice weekend too.
You certainly out rank me in terms of your Mongolia and Matad knowledge.
It’s been an absolute pleasure learning from you. Not sure I learnt anything but it was great listening to your desperation. You should replace Mike Buck.
Enjoy !!
Ronny.
You know best as you seem an expert on Matad and Mongolia.
I bow to your absolute superior knowledge. I am not worthy !!!
I believe your a paid poster or broker trying to protect your clients interests which make your posts even more insignificant.
You crack on my friend. The fact is your investment is imploding due to weak management, poor governance, a lack of transparency and zero compliance. If you consider this acceptable you must be a very simple person indeed to satisfy.
Manro I agree. ( As usual).
Ronny.
So we have moved on from travel now as you could not discredit me. S740 has obviously gone away in embarrassment to lick his public wounds, so let’s now move on to the next level of discredit the poster !!
All we need from Matad is transparency, good governance, and compliance as I have always maintained. That’s not a lot to ask for.
If Matad believe the cloak of Mongolia offers them cover from investors they are wrong. I would very much like to tell you my employer but that’s simply not possible. I did however table a discussion regarding Matad with them.
Will be back in UB around week three of September. Just for the benefit of S740 this time I will be flying Heathrow - Istanbul. Istanbul via Tashkent for a short fuel stop into Mongolia. He may want to check with the FCO just in case.
Signing off now so enjoy the rest of the week.
S740.
I just provided all the flights in and out of UB for July. Do you want all of August and September’s proposed flights too. In and out ??
I hope I speak and understand English as it says British on my passport.
Lufthansa LH925 leaving Heathrow terminal 2 @ 08.30.
Arriving Frankfurt 11.05.
MIAT Mongolian airlines OM1372 leaving Frankfurt @ 16.20. Arriving UB at 08.30am next day.
More than happy to provide the tickets if you want ?? Business of course.
I think you don’t travel internationally that often ?
Your wrong unfortunately !!! Check out the above. Apologies on a postcard will be adequate.
RonBruce.
I don’t need to convince the masses.
You did not like my last response so you change tack as the travel question was answered.
I ask why Buck is not there. I demonstrate plenty of ways in and out.
What I would suggest is a few wake up to the facts !!
I wish you a pleasant day.
RonBruce
I think your one of these guys that sits behind a laptop most days.
I hope the below outlines the reality of the real world.

Take it how you wish GK.
It does not bother me.
But ask yourself this. Why is Buck not in UB when it’s business as usual ?? When all ministries are open and fully operational. When are ministers are in office and available.
Why MRPAM is open and people available.
Why when transport links are available to Soums to allow stakeholder relationship development.
And yet you believe it’s a spoof.
My friend you are simply easily misled unfortunately.
Dozzawba / Ojay.
Jump on a plane and get in country. It’s not that difficult which begs the question why the company CEO is not there.
As for the blue chip investors you need to remember it was Matad that made the statement they had brought blue chip investors onboard, but since disclosed nothing. Would appear dumb to state blue chip investors are board if they don’t want the publicity.
As for making information public, confidentiality agreements restrict that unfortunately. Other than to say Matads behaviour and that of their officers has not gone un-noticed.
As for giving Matad advise I would be happy to if the Matad board were in country, but they seem to know it all so not worth wasting my breath.
Five more days of hotel quarantine to go. A wholly joyful experience.
Just spent two weeks in Ulaanbaatar.
Asked a few questions, and got a few surprising answers. My advise to Mike would be to get in country quickly.
There’s plenty of flights in and out. Covid control is good.
Blue chip companies. I think we need some explanations and rather quickly.
Begin to act like a board with all investors interests balanced or I see this ending badly for some.
