You state in writing, “Matad will get the EL in the near future”.
You have stated that clearly in writing.
How do you know this ?? Unless you know something and have inside information which would be illegal, you simply do not know.
Further more, and I will assume you don’t know, this then means you are making misleading statements, which if you had ever worked as a board member of an Executive team would mean you are committing wrong doing.
I would go steady with what you say as your account may also come under security for your continued ramping and misleading statements.
And before you ask I do understand the law incredibly clearly on matters relating to corporate wrong doing.
The company will continue with exactly the same narrative, will kick the can down the road, will mislead investors, will not change behaviors until the very last moment prior to needing too.
No matter what you ask, suggest or present as evidence will the company admit wrong doing has occurred. Until the very last moment the company can save its own ass, or do a deal to admit no liability will the narrative change.
I recently put a post together that asked several key questions. Please feel free to debate them as I would very much like to hear your thoughts.
I find with emerging markets and projects within them there is no space for emotion, just facts. The fact is we are in a hole, have been for over a year, and I still see nothing from Matad that tells me they have any of the answers.
You on the other hand everyday seem to be intent on ramping the EL is coming. Christmas is coming and I know when that will arrive. The fact is I did more research in Mongolia over the last few weeks through people I know and trust, both Mongolians and expats, and they don’t believe an EL is close as there’s a shed of work to do on Matads part.
I will happily listen to you and engage, but please stop ramping. If you wish to go into print that an EL is close, at least back that up with fact.
It is common for senior executives to receive shares as part of their executive package, through LTIP. Therefore the shares the CEO will have acquired will probably not have been purchased but been awarded.
LTIP in my experience is usually awarded based upon performance, which several investors believe has not been delivered in the last 12 months.
You are a strange yet intriguing individual. You have 9 posts, yet this morning had 14 relating to Matad. You ramp a company that has been burning cash for the last 12 months with still no end in sight as to when an EL will be granted.
You constantly praise a CEO who is sat in Singapore when the business is in Mongolia. Anyone who knows how to do business in Mongolia will tell you, you have to be in country, you have to engage daily, or else trust is not developed and process takes twice as long.
Everything Matad has done in the last 18 months goes against everything Amcham, Auscham or the British Business group would advise a company to do to obtain success in Mongolia,
And yet you condone this, accept this and praise the actions of the company.
I have a very difficult view. However you are entitled to your opinion.
We have an American who calls everyone brother or dude, has been invested for a decade and has posted 14 times. Unless he knows something no one else does, and is willing to state facts, he is just another paid ramper.
