Timber, I’m sure we would all like to see above 10m ounces confirmed, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it is only 8m.

That’s because for the last 12 months or so, there have been only three rigs drilling away, compared to the early days when there was between 9-12 rigs.

Also these thee rigs are drilling ever deeper holes, thus taking much longer time wise to provide the samples to send for assay.

This will take years imo before the sort of numbers that have been banded about can be proven.

I’m sure everyone would like to see us rewarded handsomely in the next year or two, but unfortunately Patience Patience and more Patience, is what is required when investing into what undoubtedly will turn into a very successful outcome, but only for the one’s who have the stomach to see it through.

I fear that at this stage, the MM’s will just take advantage of the situation and have a field day by knocking us right back. It’s much easier to knock tens of pence off a SP that is at 88p.

2:1 not a problem, that would then give us around 3B after the options are taken up, in line with the likes of Fortescue.

A company that dual lists on ASX as an ASX Listing must generally comply with all of the ASX Listing Rules.

An ASX Foreign Exempt Listing must comply primarily with the rules of its home exchange and is exempt from most of ASX's Listing Rules. Other than for New Zealand companies, high financial thresholds apply for a company to be admitted as an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing.

So that’s basically saying that because we are listed in London we are exempt from most of the ASX’s rules.

Go figure !

Where has this notion come from that one of the requirements for GGP to join the ASX under a dual listing, it must enter at a price of A$0.20.

I can find no evidence of such a criteria ever being used.

General requirement

Number of shareholders - Minimum 300 non-affiliated investors @ A$2,000 each

Free float - 20%

Profit test - A$1 million aggregated profit from continuing operations over past 3 years + A$500,000 consolidated profit from continuing operations over the last 12 months

OR (Most importantly)

Asset test - A$4 million net tangible assets

OR

A$15 million market capitalisation.

Of which GGP make the last two easily.

Nowhere does it state an entry price of twenty cents.

If you look at some ASX listed exploration companies, you will see they are trading at a much lower level than A$0.20

Artemis Resources for example are trading at A$0.012 whilst Antipa Minerals are trading at A$0.016, nowhere near the supposed twenty cents mark.

So if the above is true, then it begs the question “Why all the talk about consolidation”.

JerrySpaniel, no disrespect intended, but from where I’m sitting, Jupiter have in fact offloaded 10m shares bringing their holding down from 80m to 70m shares, according to Morningstar.

In fact of the top 20 Insto’s, collectively they have sold some 23m shares since their previous update.

Now one thing I can’t get my head around is why all these supposedly Aussie Insto’s that Shaun has said are queuing up to buy GGP shares at A$0.20 once admitted to the ASX, when they could just front run it and purchase them now at a 15% discount of A$0.17.

I may be reading too much into this, but currently I see no indication that these Aussie Insto’s are there at all.

I hope I’m wrong and that they are patiently waiting in the queue just like the guys in the film “The Full Monty”.

Well IMO, with all the expertise we now have from miners & tunnelling experts, to experts in banking & finance.
I think Shaun has put together such a first class team, that even if we don’t get gold out the ground from any of our projects, we will certainly have the skill set to pull off the biggest gold bullion heist in history, having Mark Barnaba (Bank of Australia) on board, by hitting the vaults.

One way or another, we will see gold. ;-))))))))
