One who denies, refuses, opposes, or is skeptical or cynical about something. There are always naysayers who say it can't be done.

I don’t think it’s harsh at all, you on the other hand say that my beliefs are based on,

Well I’m sorry to tell you this Lofty but again you are incorrect.

My belief is based on solid research & foundations, and that no company out there throws hundreds of millions of dollars at something, that they believe isn’t going to be a successful operation.

And I’m not talking about GGP but Newcrest.

Unless you believe that one of the world’s greatest gold mining companies, you know the one that developed block cave mining as we know it, are talking through their ar5e, and haven’t a clue what they’re doing and are only doing this to part you from your money then you could be correct, along with the one’s who also believe the pixies & fairies have had it away with all the shiny stuff, because it’s taken us far to long to get to it.

I’ve not been on for a while, as there are just too many idiots on here trying to persuade genuine holders to part with their shares.

Has it ever entered the heads of anyone, that the supposedly slip of the tongue, made by SD regarding a possible raise of equity, was done deliberately.

Is it not possible that it was done, knowing full well it would be reported, especially in Australia.

To me, what better message could you have sent to anyone, if they were trying to up the ante & money needed, to suddenly change the mine plan from 2-3MT pa to 4-6MT pa, as has already been discussed, to declare that if they need extra funds, then accessing it, won’t be a problem.

It’s now make your mind up time, boys & girls.

You either believe in the MD, who by the way has access to everything GGP related.

Or you believe in the one’s who have absolutely nothing to do with the company, but who know full well, in time, this will become one of the biggest Gold/Copper mines in Australia, paying out dividends for decades to come.

As has proven again today, someone is prepared to keep buying these shares in huge numbers from unsuspecting Pi’s who are prepared to sell after getting the colly-wobbles from listening to the naysayers once to often.

Yes it’s painful to watch the SP keep dripping lower, but surely you must see that the upside definitely outweighs the downside at this price by a considerable margin.

You have all been warned, just don’t get mugged off by these charlatans pretending to have your best interest at heart.

Tig, you are 100% correct when you say SD is trying to get the Pi & ii investors ratio’s more balanced. But he can’t do that without listing on the ASX.

He has said that once listed, the Aussie funds can then purchase from either the AIM or ASX, and imo, they will probably have to purchase from London, as that is where the liquidity is, as no new shares are being introduced as of yet, for the ASX.

You say that you have a right to know about drilling results. Well what do you think we have been provided with every six to seven weeks since 2019, Results that’s what.

No company on the planet tells its shareholders everything that’s going on, otherwise it’s just like making it open house for all your competitors to see what your up to.

I’m quite happy for the status quo as it is, to continue.

I haven’t seen anything done by SD or the board, that concerns me as of yet.

I can only answer for myself and trust in my gut feeling, that everything is going along tickety boo, & on the timescales we were all told, and I haven’t seen anything to suggest otherwise.

We are all different people with different emotions, and maybe I’m a bit more laid back than most, and don’t tend to panic when things I can’t control are suffering (ie the SP.)

But I still believe 100% that with patience we will all be rewarded. Not in the timescale we were all initially hoping, but not so long as we won’t be here to enjoy it either.

Folk like me & you bring nothing to the survival of GGP, we bought our shares from someone who decided to sell, as they thought at that time they wanted out.

Do not think for one minute that the management of GGP at that time was glad you bought, they couldn’t of cared less.

The only time a company cares, is when they need more money to function, and in the last couple of placings, that has gone to institutional investors, not the rank & file of us lowly private investors.

I’m a realist, and try & make money on the expectation that I invest in a company that is undervalued, and that in time will provide positive upside in the SP.

Along with many LTH’s here, I along with your good self, read the market wrong.

You keep going on about information being held back from PI’s.

And in my opinion that is where me & you differ.

Imo, the only people who can ask some of the questions you want answers to, are the one’s that SD convinced to invest at 14p & 8.3p

All we can do as PI’s, is hope that our judgment was correct all along.

You like me bought your shares off another individual investor who at the time decided to sell.

Your purchase went straight into their bank account not GGP’s, so stop deluding yourself with the notion your twopenneth helped the company. It did not.

Just like when you buy or sell a house, if you bought it privately and not off the builder, you didn’t help the builder.

Shaun took over on the 8th February 2021, and the SP at that time was 22p. FACT

What is SD supposed to do regarding the SP, he cannot control that.

The only thing he can do is make sure everything at his end regarding the company is built on solid foundations, report that we are still on course to becoming a miner and try and keep any news flow watertight.

What he can’t do, is stop folk selling at this ridiculous price, that’s their choice, it certainly wouldn’t be mine, but hey ho, what will be will be.

I really don’t care what the SP is now, tomorrow, next week or in six months.

I’m a patient man and will see this through to at least two years after production starts, which was my goal when I first purchased shares from someone who at the time decided to sell them to me at 2p.

I’m sure that whoever it was back in 2019 when I bought on the announcement of our JV with Newcrest, thought it best to do so.

All the BS I read here from a few who use the terms of supporting the company when they needed it, is just complete tosh.

You bought your shares like me, off another individual. Your money did not go into the coffers of GGP, they went straight into the bank account of whom you purchased your shares from.

Since SD has been in charge he has twice raised funds that went straight into the bank of GGP, once at around 14p and again at about 8.3p.

Both times those shares were sold directly to institutional investors, who like most here, thought at that time, they were great value. But unlike plenty on here, I don’t see them whinging all the time.

At the end of the day, Havieron alone will make this company, anything else they find will be the cherry on top of the cake, and I for one will be getting the party hats and the streamers out if that does happen.

If not, then once production starts, and revenue starts flowing into the company’s war chest as opposed to flowing out, then that is the time to judge, definitely not now.

This share is being driven by sentiment definitely not fundamentals, and the naysayers have done an excellent job in forcing the SP back for far too long, but depending on your circumstances, if you don’t have to sell, then I would say hang on as long as you can, because it’s not long off before I see this, doing what we all saw back in 2020, and taking off like a scalded cat again.

You either believe or you don’t.

If you don’t then sell up, if you are a believer then hold, Simples.
