Antigua18, let’s assume for one minute (because we have no proof) that all these after market transactions are buys ! If a HNW Individual or an Institutional investor was accumulating a large volume of shares, then surely they would try to purchase them at the lowest price they could, just like you and I can put a limit order into our investment provider and tell them you are only prepared to pay X for them, and as an example, the other day when the SP touched 7.8p, I put a limit order in with ii to purchase 500,000 at 7.3p ! Now as of yet I haven’t been successful in that order being executed, and maybe it might never be, who knows. But it looks to me that whoever it is whom is buying this stock in the millions are doing so at an agreed price.

Now it’s the job of the broker to try & obtain those requirements, and as long as folk continue to sell, that broker will gladly snap them up. It’s quite simple, if folk think their shares are worth more, then don’t blumming sell em, but obviously some seem to be happy to sell at this level. More fool them I say, but it’s not worth fretting about, because everyone I see here posting on this subject, aren’t going to sell until they feel the SP is much higher, or so they say ?

Eventually all these shenanigans will cease, but unfortunately for now it is what it is. Patience will be rewarded in the end if the recipe for success made by the board come true.

You are correct in what Shaun said, but with a very important caviat you seem to have overlooked.

He said that based on 30% ownership of Havieron, not the 100% we now own including Telfer. How else did you think he was going to get the money to pay for the deal he achieved ? Go with the begging bowl to Twiggy Forrest and demand “More”.

I know which percentage of ownership I’d prefer, and it’s the one that gives Shaun total control of our own destiny without the meddling of others.

We’re now over the worst part of this journey, now is not the time to be arguing between ourselves. I’ve said from day one that patience will be rewarded, and as can be seen since we got the farm back, the volume of trades have increased immensely. Just need to sit tight now and let it all unfold.

Forget that last post, ADVFN currently showing them as up 37.5%, but ASX only showing 10% so not to sure what’s going on.

Any ideas why Artemis are currently up 37.5%

Bamps, am I missing something here regarding all this tickle tackle regarding gaps in production.

Don’t we currently have around 30MT of ore already at surface ?

Wasn’t it written in the submission document that GGP will only be running one train capable of running at 10MT per annum. If so that’s 36 months of production, not to mention they are still bringing ore to the surface each day to replenish the ore that is currently being processed.

Along with all the extra stuff you have mentioned that can possibly come on line, then there should be plenty of scope to see us through to start of production at Havieron, or am I mistaken ?

123Gold, you say it’s took 3 years to make nothing. I think your forgetting some very important points in that statement.

Firstly, Shaun Day was brought in because GH recognised his own frailties and could no way on earth have done the job Shaun has been able to achieve to bring us to where we are today, which is a fully 100% owned gold/copper mining company in its own right.

At the time of Shaun taking up his position, GGP had what in the bank exactly ? Yes almost SFA, circa £4M.

Now you tell me that what has happened since 2021, with almost nothing in the bank, having a minority 30% share in a potential future gold mine that hadn’t even stuck a shovel in the ground, having 4.1B shares in the company and had no plans apart from piggybacking on the coattails of Newcrest, to now just 3 years later, not only to be within 420mtr’s of reaching the top of the ore body at Havieron, but also buying back the whole damn lot of it. Not only that, he’s also managed to get 100% ownership of a fully functional very recently renovated Gold/Copper mine with a 20 million tonne per annum processing plant that is Telfer.

He’s gathered together what can only be described as the “Avengers” of the Australian gold mining space in who he has on the BOD’s. He’s been out to major banks and institutions and secured the finance to pull this amazing feat off.

Can I ask just what is it you have achieved in the last 3 years ?

Evening Ben, I can assure you I have no trading account.

I introduced £80k from sale of a property into two ISA’s, £20k for 23/24 and another £20k for 24/25 tax years.

When the raise at 4.8p came, I subscribed for the full £80k’s worth as it was a no brainier.

Cashed all those that was allocated so as to pay off the balance on the car £25k profit.

Bought in again a couple of weeks ago at 5.96p as Freddie will remember, and then sold again today at 7.7p

Like I said earlier, all within ISA’s, no tax to pay over to Rachel.

Well on that bombshell, I suppose I’ll just have to live forever and convert any assets into Gold & Crypto, were it can’t be traced.

Ben, don’t be so naive. I already stated that I sold some today after being a tad surprised that the SP actually rose to 7.8p. I wasn’t sure just what to expect today in all honesty, but my gut feeling was for the MM’s to take their chance in knocking us back due to the fact that another 20% of shares were to be absorbed into the mix.

A while back, I think it was James21 who posted about having a trading pot as well as a holding pot. It seemed a sensible thing to do, and has proven quite beneficial since I took the advice.

I still have my large holding tucked away safe, but after selling one of my rental properties, I introduced the monies from the sale into a couple of my ISA’s. The returns have upto now, far outperformed any earnings I might have earned from my properties, and can’t wait to get rid of the rest of em over the next couple of years.

What the government takes away in one hand, GGP gives me back in the other, but without the stresses and taxes associated.

I still consider myself as a LTH, but with a cheeky trade every now & again.

I’m sure I’m not alone in selling a few today, but the difference is I’m upfront about it. At the end of the day we are all here to make our lives a little better than they once were.

Tymers you can also decide to take your 25% tax-free sum from your SIPP, then decide to only take out £12,500 and not pay any tax. And if you don’t live until your 75 your beneficiaries will receive all your money within your SIPP tax free. Not ideal I know, but some do benefit from it.

Hi Doublehun, I for one have never understood why anyone would have a trading account as opposed to an S&S ISA or SIPP unless you had more than £20k per year for investment. Even then if you are married, then surely you would’ve opened one up for your wife and even kids.

Bluesideup, that doesn’t surprise me one bit. All day they’ve been willing to take upto 3M shares a trade from me. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the shorts buying back, let’s hope so, as there will be nothing left to brow beat the SP down.

I sold a tranche mid morning as had a feeling it would retract a little this afternoon, but I will probably buy em back in the first few hours of trading tomorrow, as I can see a more sustainable rise occurring if my thoughts towards the shorts are proven to be correct.

ATB everyone, it’s been a hard slog to get to where we find ourselves now. Today the real work begun, and hopefully the BOD’s can bring to fruition all that they’ve promised and I’ve no reason to doubt that they’ll deliver on those promises. We could all do with popping a few champagne corks this Xmas, and put to bed once & for all any of the nonsense from certain posters that have been far to vocal in their negative views.
