I never said that NCM are not into this for whatever they can get out of it, of course they are. That’s what large businesses do.

I said that there is no evidence to prove the constant theories and guesses that occur on this BB, that NCM are going to shaft us (excuse the pun).

Since we have seen our SP diminish from ATH’s, then some here seem to think that it’s NCM’s fault.
Why is that ?
Like I said, no evidence has come to light to say they are building a large holding here to make a hostile takeover.
It’s just people always want to blame someone for what they don’t understand, and NCM are an easy target.

I was asked whether I thought NCM would take the option to purchase the 5% for $60M.
Yes I do think they will, do I think we are in immediate danger of them making a bid to take us out, a resounding NO I don’t.

Do I think there are things going on behind the scenes that most don’t understand, a resounding YES I do, as always in business, as shareholders we don’t get to know everything.

Do I think NCM tried to purchase the 5% on the cheap ?
Yes of course I do, and that is exactly what I would of done given half the chance.

But in Shaun Day, we have a man who knows his onions.
His time at Northern Star is proving to be invaluable to us.

This is not his first rodeo, and he seems to anticipate everything that is being thrown at us from a very much larger JV partner.

I think he has become a much better adversary than Sandeep initially thought, and probably behind closed doors at Newcrest, being thought of as someone who can’t be steam rollered over.

I think our man has got something up his sleeve, because if Newcrest would of accepted his offer to purchase 5% off them, how would he have done that, where would the money of come from ?

Shaun has always said, that he would of rather held onto the 5%.
But he knew we couldn’t, but was going to put up a fight to get as much for it as he could.

Someone asked me about my estimation for the 5%.
If you read my past post from around 10 days ago you will find it.

Do I think we will see a new ATH SP ? Yes I do but not until production or very near.

What we have seen here over the last 17 months, has now totally lowered expectations in what a lot of investors on this BB believe is achievable.

Now was that the plan all along ?

Get rid of those pesky Pi’s by spreading fear and uncertainty by hammering the SP.
I think so.

The money to be made by the market here (MM’s and brokers), by taking the SP back to where it once was, is huge.
Make it on the initial rise.
Make it again on the drift back down.
Rinse and repeat again and again.
How do you think they make money ?
It’s definitely not by Pi’s keeping hold of their shares I can tell you.
They want these shares churning over day after day, month after month, year after year.

Where has anyone seen anything to prove that NCM are trying to have us over.
This is just a fiction of some peoples imagination running riot, and then adding fuel to the fire by stating such incredulous statements purporting to Sandeep Biswas being such a Bully that he isn’t to be trusted.

The accusations regarding bullying, where made by a very few people within the NCM organisation. Probably the ones who weren’t doing their job’s, and needed a good swift kick up the derrière.

The amount of rumours and untruths that appear here, almost on a daily basis are completely unfounded.

If Sandeep is as bad as some of you believe, then the board of NCM would of ousted him by now.
But have they ? NO !
Why ? Because they think he’s doing a fantastic job that’s why.

I wish folk here would just let Shaun and the gang, get on running the business, because in every interview he has ever done, he praises NCM for the way both companies are working TOGETHER.

I don’t see Sandeep putting Shaun into a Boston Crab position, holding him down so he can’t say anything derogatory about NCM, do you ?

If your all so frightened of Sandeep playing the big bad wolf, whose coming to knock our house down, then you should be asking yourself if investing in GGP is really for you.

Shaun is currently making our house much stronger by cementing bricks in place by firming up our relationship with NCM.

There’s not one shred of evidence to show that what some people on hear say is happening. It’s all just guesses, hearsay, and scaremongering of the highest order.

Show some faith ffs, that we are on the right path to riches, and being helped along that path by someone who can deliver.

Or

Go and invest in Solgold, who are trying their best to do it there way, and after discovery years ago are still years away from bringing a mine to production.

Hi Bamps, as I’ve not yet researched this, I’ll bow to your better knowledge.
But I’d be well peeved if asked to vote on an important issue such as a Buy Out, then my broker turned round and said
“Sorry Mr ?, but you can’t vote because we have lent your shares out to a third party.
Surely that can’t be right.

Kevin, they are borrowed.
You can’t have two votes per one share. The only one who has a vote is the legal owner of said share.

Whatever the reason, the one thing they can’t control is Sentiment.
And that has totally changed here since the 5% issue has been somewhat sorted.
We just need it formally being accepted now, where I can see another rise in confidence thus leading to higher prices being paid for our shares.

Johnpwh you are absolutely correct in a steady climb is the best way forward.

Typically there are 253 trading days a year.
Now if we only rose 0…1p per day for the next year, that would put up our SP by a further 25p.

I think 38p again this time next year, and steadily climbing, most investors would accept.

MH01, because people can’t be ar5ed to research.

The amount of small investors I told to invest in GGP when we were around the 2p mark, who never do any research is astounding.

All I get are phone calls asking me “Why is it falling ?, What’s happening ? Will it go back to 38p ?”

These are from folk I thought were educated ffs.

I did my bit by telling them the story, it’s not my job to hold their hand.

Most people are naturally lazy, and just won’t put the effort in, unlike most here who at least check out the bulletin board and have a knowledge of what they have invested in.

Shaun said last week that a few on the inside including himself, were now looking at purchasing more shares, now that they are out of a closed period.

Shaun mate, all I can say, is get your bloody skates on lad before this goes over your last purchase at 14.5p.

What a waste of time the drop into the 9’s would of been if you couldn’t of taken advantage of it.
