We would love to hear your thoughts about our site and services, please take our survey here.
I broadly agree with that.
It would also imply that we will see the Icemax pack up and leave before we get the results RNS.
>75m traded already today. Nice clear out of LO.
LO still selling. We have established they have still to offload <5% and they are doing so.
Volume looking good for today, only helps matters.
I say forget this 5-10% movement and focus on the news which will result in 500-1000% movement...
Just reminding myself of the prize by reviewing the CPR for the Bahamas licenses on BPC's website, I can't help notice that the report is 10 years old so is prior to any 3D survey info. BPC put a date of 2017 on it but the contents are actually 2011.
I've seen the recent presentation materials but anyone got a link to the best and latest in depth document they have published on Percy1?
Volume is the giveaway. A so called leak would likely be matched by increased volume. Today's volume is low, so nothing happening...
Hopefully LO are slowing the sells now which may mean slow rises on low volume. Hopefully.
The longer we wait for the RNS the better I say...
The longer the wait, the deeper they go and the more there is to evaluate, that's how I see it.
A few weeks of small rises before news will suit me.
What if it turns out to be gas, could that be commercial?
They could've just put the % on the RNS... would've been helpful.
Thanks for another interesting and relevant post Starchild.
500m trades, so in the last 10 days roughly 250m shares have been sold, of which 214m have been LO. That's 85% of all shares sold. Averaging 21m per day.
142m left = 6.75 days at that rate. So the major seller will be out by about the 10th Feb.
May be a bit more costly to buy from this point...
Call option excluding.
Nobody knows I guess.
Hello,
Can anyone with insight into drilling advise what happens when the drilling ends please.
Will Icemax just sail straight off after it is plugged. Which would give us an early warning that RNS is imminent or do we think the testing will all be done and RNS issued before she sails?
Don't want it next week. Early news may mean bad news.
The longer we wait the better the news will be.
IMO.
BPC was just one for him -

Nice to see
Are you 100 years old?
Agree with the jist of Star's post, but don't think this is an indicator of results for Percy 1. That would require the find and analysis to be completed right now.
A big one, yes.
How long does it take to analyse?
Those of you with experience of drilling have given some idea of how deep 25 days means the drill bit is - about 4000m give or take.
If this is the case, then there is not long to go actual drilling wise. I don't expect any update on the drill until it is finished. Why would they (assuming no news leak).
Surely if the well is dry and they do not go the additional depth we should have a 'duster' RNS within a week... and surely the longer we have to wait for news, the increase in likelihood of a decent result as analysis if being undertaken. That's how I see it.
I doubt they are all buys, I don't trust what is shown on this website.
My recent buy the other week was shown as a sell and I'm sure the reverse is true today.
Hopefully a tick up in price though.
Will they know the API and Sulphur content during the drillling timeline?
