They wanted to choose the right partner, as opposed to going for the highest money!

Goes onto state they want the right share register, and right partners who believe in the long term success of THG.

Can only assume there were plenty of other offers on the table when they went for the Softbank option...

This particular articular was inadvertantly positive. They running on fumes now, even negatives turn to positive!

£530m cash

$1.6 billion Softbank option, once Ingenuity separated (anytime now!!). Options at £6 for 19.9% stake valuing Ingenuity at £4.5b. Let's just say option value is half, still values Ingenuity at £2.2 billion.

Current value of Ingenuity a big fat ZERO!

MM must know exactly what Softbank are going to do!

Whichever way you cut it, whether taking it private, PE Takeover, Softbank option, IMHO this is due to rocket up!

They have seriously taken the pxxx now, a global growth tech company valued at just 0.5x revenues. LMAO

In the interview, Cramer said a hedge fund manager’s favorite tactic is to get a rumor about a stock to an unwitting reporter at the Wall Street Journal or at his current employer, CNBC -- and hope that it moves the stock in the direction the manager wants.

Cramer said some tactics are “blatantly illegal,” but sometimes essential for poorly performing hedge funds. He did not say he ever used such tactics himself.

Cramer said if a market participant wanted to get shares of a company like RIM lower then he should first get investors “talking about it as if there is something wrong with RIM”.

"Then you call the (Wall Street) Journal and get the bozo reporter in Research in Motion and you would feed that (rival) Palm's PALM.O got a killer it's going to give away," he said. "These are all the things that you must do on a day like today and if you're not doing it, maybe you shouldn't be in the game."

Cramer, who regularly gives opinions on stocks on his daily TV show, also said stock market movements are often unconnected to the fundamental qualities of the underlying company.

“Who cares about the fundamentals?” said Cramer. “The great thing about the market is that it has nothing to do with the actual stocks.”

The more of these articles come out, it shows 'someone' is trying extra hard to spin a negative on THG.

The more of these stories that come, the more it proves the theory of manipulation and dark arts.

Few things they conveniently miss out:

1. Yes, MM receives money from rent, however he donates all rental income to CHARITY! They conveniently miss this point! Can't paint MM as a nice guy can they!

2. On certain time periods of the year the FULL capacity is used! And by opening further fulfillment centres globally, not only capacity increases, you get closer to the consumer. Once orders come in, to set up infrastructure takes TIME. Can't then Tell Nestle or Coca Cola, thanks for signing up, but we will only start selling your products in 2 years time, once our capacity is upto speed! Lmao

A nice little plug in there for WPP, someone is really getting desperate here, and looks like someone is paying good money for these stories! Can't make it up!
