DW - suggesting I “post a lot of 💩 “ really does let you down. Your bitterness and negativity is quite sad but also laughable.
It’s not worth wasting any more of my time replying as you’ll just find a negative or insult.
Time yet again to put you on filter with the others.
Thanks for the correction BumbleB3. Hope you’re well.
DW - I have always been honest on here and my position hasn’t changed.
1. Did AB take the company from the brink when the old system failed? Yes
2. Did AB bring an oligarch (they were welcome back then) with an £8m investment in AFC plus 2 very capable executives onto the BOD when we needed confidence in our tech as well as much needed investment? Yes
3. Did AB successfully manage a massive fund raise when confidence in the technology was questionable? Yes
4. Did AB bring in Denora to accelerate our tech development? Yes
5. Did AB demonstrate that our new technology is capable of withstanding all weather and environmental conditions across the world via Extreme E ? Yes
6. Did AB ensure we maximised our PR via Extreme E ? Yes
7. Has AB developed a JV with one of the world’s largest and most influential engineering companies, ABB? Yes
8. Has AB overseen investment by ABB with the potential to supply an off grid solution to EV charging, to the whole world with their fast charging technology? Yes
9. Has ABB overseen the development of additional revenue streams in the form of the Flex Fuel technologies? Yes
10. Has AB developed relationships with many of Europe’s construction companies with ongoing revenue from those companies? Yes
11. Has AB overseen the delivery of a major endorsement from UK Gov resulting in the recently announced grant of £4.3m ? Yes
12. Has AB delivered an exclusive relationship with UKs largest hire company who also have outlets in UAE ? Yes
13. Has AB controlled the finances to minimise waste and maximise development of the tech? Yes
14. Had AB overseen the steady growth in quality employees from a handful to around 120. Each of those roles appears to reflect the desire to commercialise and continuing R&D
I could go on but I think this modest list shows that the CEO is delivering on so many levels We all want things to move faster but what we see above is dedication, commitment and a massive amount of hard work.
It’s a shame many nay-sayers on here can’t see past their vitriolic noses and actually see what’s actually happening here. A long but steady road to success!
The truth is DW there are many of us (I think you included) that saw the potential of this technology way way too soon. The technology is only now developing into one that will be used by the new hydrogen economy. Let’s face it, 13 or so years ago when we bought into AFC, there was no talk of EV charging, data centre back up(or even as a primary power source), diesel genset replacement, shipping power source etc. The technology back then is nothing to how it is looking now. In hindsight we bought in way too early but I am absolutely convinced that the markets we are moving into (as validated by the UK gov grant, and JVs with the likes of ABB) will deliver us to a multi division company that supplies clean power to a diverse range of use cases and on the opposite side, we’ll also be providing cracker and reformer technology that can deliver clean hydrogen to our own fuel cells or any other fuel cell provider.
Yes, of course I wish we could have seen the benefits of our investment a lot sooner (we could have sold at 80p years ago) but i now feel we have products that customers need to meet the demands of government sustainability goals. The SP is woefully low given the IP and commercial status- the world economy hasn’t helped this, oil industry is fighting against new clean technologies and shorting all have a contributory contribution to our current SP. It WILL change!
What a bitter and twisted individual you are DW. You really do make me laugh with the negative tripe you come out with.
AFC has pulled a lot out of the bag in recent days and as you know, it takes a huge amount of effort to negotiate grants and JV with partners. The have JVs with the largest companies we could hope for and we’re testing in the field with mega names in the construction industry yet still you find something to berate them. Either you’re a bitter ex-employee or a paid basher pretending to hold shares but whatever your motive for being on here, it’s quite pathetic how you consistently spew out such negativity. I feel sorry for you actually.
What a truly vulgar person you are Ade1234. Back on ignore
Ade1234 - you are an investor! So you’ve sold up and have no further need to waste your time messaging on here?
Like we were all born yesterday Mr Shorter.
They have until the end of July to release the interims, so I’m sure they’re very capable of deciding when to release it.
Great command of the King’s English there MelvinAFC. Almost as if someone had logged into your account to post another time wasting message. Thanks for that gem.
Haha fear you? Laughable!
You have a 50:50 guess of predicting the sp direction so unless you know something that everyone else doesn’t then it’s market abuse and manipulation. I hope the FCA are monitoring you as you have been reported numerous times by genuine investors…. Fact !
I’m not going to waste my time looking at your twaddle anymore- back on ignore you go.
What a snivelling little tick you are Ade. You regularly have posts removed for libellous posts against AFC. Now you are giving investment advice - from you, the “woe is me “ pathetic attempt at being a naive investor for the past 10 years.
What twisted investor would want to see their company fail? Only you, you sad, vindictive excuse of a human being.
I shall continue to report your libellous posts and have them removed.
Oh I thoroughly enjoyed telling you this and very much hope all new investors will NOT be influenced by your tiresome tripe.
Have a great weekend genuine investors.
As we patiently await the next announcement for delivery of the larger unit to ABB, it’s goo to reflect on the fantastic achievements made over the past year or so :
- accelerated development of the S series system
- development of an ammonia cracker system that can be sold as a distinct marketable product that will deliver lower cost hydrogen
- development of a methanol reformer system that can be sold as a distinct marketable product that will deliver lower cost hydrogen
- ongoing development of Alkamem that will also be sold as a distinct marketable product once development has completed
- successful deployments into the construction industry helping these companies achieve sustainable non-diesel solutions helping to reduce particulate emissions that affect the health of each and every one of us!…
- Acciona
-keltbray
- mace
- Kier
- Successful validation of the 100kw S+ series for ABB. we now eagerly anticipate the arrival of the 200kw S+ unit with Ammonia integration. This unit alone will be enough to transform AFC allowing off-grid power generation for EVs as well as supplying full power capacity to major construction sites, powering all their power needs
- anticipated news around marine power but we know this will take longer to develop given the huge engineering involved in ship building.
- significant increase in quality employees with more vacancies shown on the website
This is just a small summary of the achievements so far by AFC and, as we look forward to becoming less dependent on oil and gas from the likes of Russia this will surely lead to a cleaner environment and greater energy independence. Exciting times ahead folks. Yes it’s painful as we begin the transition to Hydrogen, but it’s great to be invested in a GB company that will take us forward towards a cleaner and more sustainable world.
Yet here you are MelvinAFC. Banished from the Telegram group, ignored on LSE and messaging yourself, stewing in your own negative bile
You haven’t lost a bean! Unless you were silly enough to press the sell button after listening to all the trolls on here.
FCA form duly completed and regular culprits named. Suggest all genuine investors do likewise.
DW - as you well know, BumbleB3 has been on this board for many years and is probably the most trusted poster on here. His posts generally call out the many untruths being spouted on here and in effect, he I s policing this board to ensure any new posters/investors visiting this board can quickly see who the mischief makers are who consistently spread misinformation or spout slanderous remarks against employees of AFC or the company itself. How sad that someone has to do this on a daily basis!
It’s blatantly clear that the company is being shorted as the usual suspects miraculously disappear when their dirty deeds are done.
It’s a shame that LSE doesn’t police its own boards and administer strict actions when rules are violated.
The Telegram group (with some 110 genuine investors) is a reflection of how this board on LSE used to be about 6 years ago, where like-minded genuine investors discuss AFC and its progress (or otherwise). All opinions are wrlcome and discussed amicably. What is not tolerated is antagonistic behaviour that gets in the way of genuine dialogue about AFC. Of course there are comments and discussion around aspects that annoy investors but I can categorically say that there is no tolerance for the incessant and repetitive nonsense that spouts from a small group of individuals on this board day in, day out.
The Telegram board is not perfect, and it never will be with anonymous individuals but I can assure you it’s a far better environment than LSE, which is a shame as LSE used to be as good.
The thing is DW, the 110 members of the Telegram group make absolutely no attempt to influence the sp, unlike a handful of posters on LSE including yourself.
Maybe, just maybe the ABB placing price is… 20p ?
Latour- given there is now Government focus on electrolysers and AFC will have their own technology to generate clean and lower cost hydrogen, I think this should positively impact the SP once that technology is available. We need to see evidence of the tech of course as a saleable/leasable product in due course.
Define “serial ramper” and name me one post on here or on there where I have ramped the company. You absolutely will fail.
What you will find is that instead of bleating and whining on here or the Telegram group that I have contacted the company directly for information and have identified potential use cases where AFC might use their technology.
If you are as unhappy with the company as you appear to be, get off your backside and engage with AFC directly and if you’re still not satisfied then sell up and invest in another company or fund. It really is that simple!
There’s no reason to reply, just consider what I’ve said and grow some balls tonight and act tomorrow.
