When Frasers sought to replace some board members, one of the reasons investors like myself voted against was your promise to improve shareholder communications.

Additionally, you promised a capital markets day and a speedy business review to unlock value for all shareholders.

This was last October.

Since then the share price has halved, there has been no Capital Markets day or output from the business review.

If anything, communications have got worse.

Your share price continues to plummet on a daily basis yet you do nothing at all to support it.

This is a truly shocking state of affairs.

Perhaps you could confirm why you never communicate anything positive about the business, despite a whole load of great long term partnerships being developed. A closed period is no excuse for this lack of communication

Perhaps you could confirm that the AGM and accounts will be released in a timely enough manner to avoid suspension.

Do you realise the amount of shareholder fury you are creating by your pointless silence.

What started and an exercise to try and bolster the sp to protect a certain persons position has cost boohoo 30 million quid.

According to you this company woulbe making positive fcf for last year....

The sp would never be 25....

Or 20p....

Or 15p.....

Never spent 251 million on capex...

The amount of cr8p you have posted has probably cost people an absolute fortune if they were stupid enough to listen.

Also debenhams is only capital light when selling other companies products. If you sell your own brands amd labels they carry the same cost.

So the management team at revb, which is basically boohoo. Yet again tried to fob the market off and the auditors pulled them up on it.

I've said it before, I would not be surprised to see another whopping write down in boohoo results for last year.... Maybe the auditors are on to something at boohoo hence the delay
