Mike's had no reason to attend the meeting, nothing at the meeting will change the votes.

They did their bit in the lead up.

Anyone expecting an offer that will be accepted will be waiting a very long time, there may be an offer that could cause a short term move in sp but it will be quickly dismissed by management without consulting shareholders...

Nothing is going to change here, radio silence will resume and results for this year will show revenue has declined to just over 1.2 billion, losses will come in bigger than last year (160 million)....

Next year's revenue will likely be under 1.1 billion with losses growing again...
