Debenhams revenue grew at 10 percent last year and equated to around 200 million quid.

There is absolutely no chance they will be achieving 360 million in revenue any time soon.

You realise that frasers removed the vote for mike to be a ceo of boohoo.

The vote was 2 directors to be on the board and remove Kamani.... Bit of independence....from an overbearing chairman as pointed out in the slave labour scandal....

There's no need to call an egm - there is an agm due soon (if the company makes it that far) and shareholders get the opportunity to vote to board members off again....

Anny tittle tattle about frasers wouldn't do this and they wouldn't do that is just rubbish - Mahmud was asking for things way and above what any other ceo would have to do.

Mt - shareholders had the opportunity last year, there was an egm called by frasers to boot off Mahmud.

Every single shareholder had the option to vote and mahmud could easily have been ousted if people weren't so blind.
