Theres a little box in the remuneration report, it has each directors name listed, next to each name it states a number for total remuneration,

Next to Dan it says 4.5 million.

If you really want to dig into how ridiculous Dans pay was you could consider half of the financial year was spent as ceo at Debenhams as a subsidiary which added just 200 million in revenue for the year.
