Last time the shorts increased the shares fell substantially, even more so after Citigroup's note. There are all as straight as a circle.

What a disaster this company has become with PF in the ****pit. Problem now is it's too late not to refinance, but after that, and with PF booted out the door, there should be a great company again. imo.

If Kockar wants the company, the cheapest way would be buy the debt, is it not?? I don't know exactly to be honest.
As for him not having dialouge with management, i don't blame him, BoD are a disgrace, imo. Especially after the dumb and dumber video on the day TC shares were in meltdown.

Pioneer, that was always the case i agree, but it's the dilution with the injection of cash that will hurt. Unless no dilution but that is me wishful thinking.

Why is the Turk and the Russian not purchasing the debt and focusing only on purchasing the equity? ( that we know of)
It is for votes only? That doesn't make sense to me. Purchasing the debt would make sense.

No mate, the shares are going to be significantly diluted. That's best case. Wipe out possibly too. Its feking mess.

My worry is the impending dilution, I'm holding off until details are known.

I can afford to be holding knowing at any second an rns will appear, possibly diluting us around 90%.

Ill buy back than with little I have left... The company should flourish after the deal is done, hopefully.

With all the talk of 1p coming, and 0p coming, I sold many not long after that video came out.

At least we know TCG wont be going into administration, but the dilution for us shareholders is - PI Administration, as nearly.

I hope they tell us soon what the deal is and how much we are going to get diluted, need to keep some poiwder dry.
