Trying to figure out the background, but the below patent assigned to NFX was published on 20 Feb 2020. Looks like a new filing relating to their cocrystal use of Tranilast. It was filed in August last year.

The problem with BATM is that you have to buy their new equipment to use the test, it doesn't work on anything else, unlike NCYT test which is validated on commonly used PCR cyclers that most labs will have.

Indeed tina, but if NCYT test isn't approved then it takes a lot longer than 90mins.

Seegene is current approved and being used which is all that counts.
