· Exclusive development of NXP001 in China with applications in oncology supportive care.

DaveW, we know that following the success on NXP001 in May last year the company agreed to do further work for an additional 20%. This was done towards the end of the year and Dan has been open about that.
There are some regulatory aspects being worked through that seem to be the reason. I have no reason to doubt Dans word on that.

As I say, given the past history of NSB paying not just NFX but LifeArc, alongside Yatai's recent deal and $7m payment with Benchmark Botanics, I see no reason to worry.

If NFX were dealing with a new company then yes, but they're not.

Cdub, so the fact that NSB has paid up on other occasions to the tune of £1m over the past 12 years doesn't come into consideration? Or that they have a previous history of dealing with the Chairman when he was at LifeArc.
