Count, Dan has been quite clear. They undertook additional work relating to a possible JV resulting in an additional 20% payment (uplifting the £2.5m to £3m). This is now owed and the company are expecting payment.

It is not wrapped up in any larger agreement.

Dave, you are reporting facts about another company. I'm asking, do you think it relates to this company, especially when as you say we don't know whats happening.

The facts I am posting are that NFX has been paid every invoice prior by NSB. That to me is comfort as opposed to an unrelated company that had never been paid before by the company it invoiced.

Dave, its clear that you were implying the same for NFX.

All I was doing was pointing out that NFX have a long relationship with NSB which has provided revenues throughout its timeframe.

All I'm asking is, do you now think that NSB has changed and will not pay as per your example?

The board are there to build the company not pander to ‘shareholders’ attention spans.

Halespur, whilst the planned JV was looking at the Wuhan region (which is in Hubei province) because of government incentives to develop there. NSB are Shanghai based and the JV is not up and running as far as we know, so doubt any effect on NFX.

They’re quite happy taking lots of shares off anyone wanting to sell at the moment so not bothered by the drop. Buying pressure in the background.

Secondly you finished by asking ‘why dan?’ So why not ring him and find out? You only joined this website over a month after the rumour so who are you to question anything the company says or does?
