Seems to be a glitch with LSE, all afternoon its been cutting out, then when I logged in again it shows 2 RNS and 22% rise which isn't showing anywhere else.

Interesting that its always Berenberg sat on the ask and are very slow to allow it to move up. Been that was for a while.

Good move Mozax. Annoyingly HL have stopped Bed and Isa actions for the meantime and say I just have to sell, transfer the cash then buy again which is ridiculous as they take 3 days to free up the money before you can transfer. Also sell 500k in one chunk is difficult.

With Danthebedwetter on frontline duties we are in good hands. I mean with posts like this what could go wrong.

I guess you are big enough to stick by your accusations of board malpractice.

Danstheman, incorrect, unless you bought in the placing you are just a trader, like the rest of us.
If you’re really a LTH you’ll be prepared to hold longer than just 6 to 12 months, more like 5 years.

Have you noticed anything change on a global markets level since Dan said Q1 hopeful over a month ago?

Sounds like you didn’t bother to listen to it. You are aware that he said he was hopeful of a deal but the company is in a comfortable position if it doesn’t.

Dans comments about being hopeful for a Q1 deal were made in a podcast which is informal communications. So no reason to make an official market announcement.

Not as gutted as the rest of us when he sold 600k shares before telling the market that his contact for years at Newsummit had been removed.

Was always a case of when not if.

Wonder if there is a timeframe re. inside info that you have to hold off selling / buying for insiders? Its just shy of two months since his resignation, how long does anyone have to wait till their not deemed an insider?

Nearly as much flapping around on here as Pigeon Street. How some of you manage to get through life if you react like this on a bulletin board is beyond me.

Exactly Chablard, no tr1 is the best option as it shows the seller is limited if they’re not a major shareholder.
The problem is 3% is circa 15m shares, so someone holding that amount can sell a lot without declaration.

Either way it’s one reason I’m happy the pumping crew turned up, it’s allowed the seller to sell large chunks (incl 1.1m that showed late Friday) without to big a hit to the sp.

Absolute joke that a load of deleted trades now showing through, never understand how they can be deleted or the reasoning.

Also a 1.1m sell from yesterday morning showing up.
