Bigbench - I do think positive news should take us towards the 3p mark (its surreal to talk of such a low share price isnt it?). There is so much to play for here and I hope that the Q&A session that GL records in a week or so will help further. Sentiment is understandably shot after the JP days but we are well overdue a lot of potential 'good news' such as GSA's and pipeline updates to name a couple + I am hoping if we secure funding then we will see stepped increases up to 8p as we get nearer to becoming an actual producer via the LNG. Who knows we may even obtain a real offer that materialises for tendrara and any future exploration once RNS's have dropped.
Just my thoughts

I think GL will update us soon. My understanding is that he has successfully carried out this sort of refunding and re-structiuring in the past with other companies. Its sounds to me llike it what he does best?
IMO - If some positive news comes through then it will make a huge difference with this!!

A strong buy from here.....Yes, I really dont want to be accused of hyping this share (especially after the truly miserable impact of the last few years on LTH's, myself being one) but with funding in place then I think IMO then we will definitely see a lift in SP from here to 3-4p quite sharply.....and then potentailly as more news lands (and I think it will in 2021) further increases. Lets remind ourselves that Sound do own a 47.5% stake of a 0.5tcf gas disovery.

Its nice to read some fresh positivity here and i wish you well with your investment. IMO - There is certainly huge scope upwards from 1.2p providing sensible funding can be agreed. GL certianly seems like far more grounded (less hype) type indiviual after JP.

Im going mad waiting and Cabin fever from lockdown is meaning that i am desperate for something.......... anything ......to happen with this share share.
If I have asked before then I apologise (I truly might be going mad) but can someone with their head screwed on please just try cheer me up a fraction and give a few other invetestors a glimmer of hope here by attempting to predict the share price of this at the point where Sound start actually prodcuing gas from the LNG project which will possibly be up and running for end 2021.

I just wondered if anyone is prepared to give a rough estimate on what we might be able to predict the share price to be here at the point when the proposed LNG plant is up and running and producing revenue which appears to be scheduled for end 2021?

It feels like a far more measured, balanced and realitic approach from Graham and Mohammed moving forward for Sound Energy. Lets hope that long tern holders and other shareholders can either reduce their investment loss or actually make a few quid moving forward. Generating cash via the LNG project seems like a sensible first step at least. Demonstrating this over the next year or so may even attact an offer for the business and a sale??!

So it’s taken you nearly 3 months of exclusivity period with zero communication to shareholders to RNS that the potential purchaser hasn’t got the money??!!
Rather convenient that isn’t it.

It would be such a relief to know that a decent offer (or two) has been made, sooner rather than later as everyone is going stir crazy at the moment (I include myself with my nerves and my patience being somewhat shot). Quite what constitutes a decent offer will of course be dependant on people’s average SP and as we know this varies quite substantially (for the worse) from where we are now, for nearly all investors here.
Regardless, IMO I feel that the end result is what we should ultimately judge the BOD on............ but like you say no one knows yet!

I would be interested to hear people’s views on when they think the deadline date is for any potential interested parties to make their offers?
Directors salaries were reduced from the start of August, could this mean any required presentations were completed for this date?
The company have stated that there is a deadline date so any thoughts as to when would be good?
JTF, what’s your thoughts, I know we aligned on our initial thoughts with timescales regarding offers but that timeline has now passed us by?

I understand the despondent sentiment on this BB right now but sincerely wish all investors well with the Sound Energy outcome.
For that, JP and the board can be judged.
