Excellent news this!!
Graham is indeed a man of action, not of words and this RNS sounds like the backbone of a self funding (low risk)and lucrative Phase 1 development plan.
The three Jigsaw pieces should click together soon.
This should also serve to reassure existing bond holders and promote that new structure being approved.....surely?

Still holding for some news, any news, but something positivity would be nice.

Am I right to now assume that there will be no signing of such an agreement or FID prior to Graham sorting out the bond issue?

Bav3 - they simply replied to my email which was sent earlier.
I don’t know on the other point, or really feel that I can comment accurately on the previous alleged asset sale of the company as I (along with others) were only communicated with the RNS about the alleged buyer not meeting their financial obligations.

Dave, - yes I agree.
A recent email response that I have received back from Sound has stated that they continue to engage with Bond Holders who are keen to see company progress, not fail and so they, like us do not want to see development delays.
The email response also states, Phase 1 development is progressing and that they will be updating shareholders at the required times.

Does anyone have an idea on long after the meeting finishes that it will take to update us via RNS?

From my thoughts, I think that by comparison lying dead in a ditch would generally be considered more optimistic than most of your posts here, but I do still still feel obliged to congratulate you on almost writing one whole post without your inevitable doom and gloom.

Expect an RNS update on the 10th or 11th Dec regarding the bond following the previously adjourned meeting.
IMO - We will likely receive another RNS shortly afterwards, maybe a week or so later?!!

I hear you and your take on the current position.
This is all of course a huge worry and concern after the last few years of investors being being let down with timescales. Sounds track record in the last couple of years has been nothing short of abysmal, granted.
My take on the last Q&A is that it was more a question of Graham having to align the relevant elements in order to complete the HOT agreement.
He seemed confident to me personally and IMO I believe he will get this deal done for the LNG set up and production.
I could of course be wrong, and you and I will both lose our hard earned cash here.
On silver lining is that we will both find out if this is happening in the next 4 weeks.
I seriously wish you and others including myself good luck with this.

I would suggest having a watch (or another watch) of the last Q&A recording and listening to to Graham making reference to advanced progress in not just one or two but the three elements required for sound to make their FID regarding the LNG - Phase 1 of the well set out business plan.

Im very confused why you would apply ‘vacuous’ to describe that sentence? It’s far from the being the correct adjective in the misquoted content that you have given about S123’s last post.

Admittedly, regarding the three Q4 milestones it is potentially a house of cards scenario, but the positive is that long term holders will receive clarity and hopefully know for sure within the next 10 weeks. From what we have already heard from Graham I do have confidence that he will communicate honestly (without hype) as to where we are at.
