IMO - It feels like there is a little renewed optimism with things moving forward now.
It certainly does also appear that Graham has indeed been actioning all that he has communicated, these things have just taken longer that's all.
At the end of the day, the result will count and the bond restructure decision mid April will of course be pivotal, but as confidence slowly returns prior to this date, I believe a gradual upward movement in SP may well be seen over the next couple of weeks.

StMary, its a sensible stance and a fair point given the history here at Sound Energy. I am not surprised you are cautiously optimistic, like many others no doubt. This bond re-structure does still need to be agreed, but like you mention, we do have to give GL merit for quietly actioning all the elements here.
It can't of been an easy task given all the jumbled up jigsaw pieces + additional curveball of that tax bill.

From the last Q&A my understanding was that Graham confirmed that he was in direct discussions with those bond holders who didn’t (and did) agree with the last re-structure of the bond.
I could be wrong, but for me , I am now far more confident that bond holders will likely to agree to this latest proposal.
We also also have a very strong indication (from leaked press articles) that binding Phase 1 contracts are waiting to be signed.
It’s far to assume existing bond holders would know this and be further incentivised by the monetisation of the asset from as early as 2022.

So in summary you have decided to tell everyone on this BB that this is the case based on your own technical mathematical calculation.
Sadly a SP it’s not set in stone based on maths alone and your approach to imply it as fact is misguided.
For one you haven’t considered investor sentiment which lets face it has previously been a huge factor in share price here (as any long term holder including yourself would surely know based on sounds SP history?)

Its ultimately the result that matters here, I believe this will happen but another couple of months will be further testing an already patient (and some impatient) investor's.
It never quite pans out as predicted with Sound.........GL timescale slipped again.

I tend to agree.......maybe an RNS at close of play today.
The article leak will be a nuisance for GL........but at least it comes from a very well established journalist source.
Getting the service contract (s) confirmed will be a huge milestone in itself.

I see exactly the same guesstimates as Daveyboy71 of an 8-12p SP when it comes to the Phase 1 fundamentals underpinning this in 2021.

GL seems genuine to me

Really hoping (almost praying) for positive news here within the next 6 weeks.
Could this really be one of those shares at this point in time that goes from ‘what’s to like’ to ‘what’s not to like’ about it?
Come on GL.....give those long term holders and all PI’s some really positive GSA, EPC, Financier, Bond and Tax Bill news please and get this company producing and then onto exploring for those TCF’s of gas again within this licence.

I'm keeping a look out for the latest Q&A update which should be out very soon.
Lets all hope its timed in with a meaty RNS which gives far more clarity than just saying that they can't break any ongoing confidentiality agreements, but progress is being made with potential GSA buyer, EPC Contractor and the Re-Financiers.

I agree - a healthy mix of both on this BB would be a good start.
