I did personally filter Ps (just my choice) as I felt the same points kept being regurgitated.
We are all free to comment but It does feel like this repeated battle is becoming a little incidious to the board.
Everyone has their right to open communication here of course but can you guys agree to disagree over this?

SP-ANGEL.........In our view, Sound’s current share price represents a compelling entry point as the
Company gears up for Phase I of its transformational monetisation of its flagship
Tendrara gas play. The new leadership team has successfully transitioned the
Company’s near-term strategy away from high-reward, high-risk exploration led
growth to commercialisation, which will see Sound become a material mid-tier
Moroccan gas producer.
We therefore initiate coverage with a BUY
recommendation and 6.5p/share Target Price, also calculating a c.33p/share Total
Risked Company valuation.

Sound certainly does now finally seem well poised for some steady growth from here. With announcements of its Phase 1 contracts due to land at any minute and Phase 2 pipeline development contracts continuing positively then there is certainly lots to look forward too.
The company re-evaluation will hopefully appear in the next few months (?) which will also has to sound positive against the current deflated SP.
The graft to date from the new(ish) board is now just starting to show and I believe will be reflected in the SP in months to come.

This should only be the start of several really positive pieces of news flow due to land here for Sound Energy in forthcoming days or weeks.

Just the start, by the sounds of it.

From the RNS, this paragraph sounds more like a formality Re binding Phase 1 contracts.
'The Company is progressing the Final Investment Decision contract and approval processes for its Micro LNG phase 1 development with all relevant stakeholders. This will lead to a 'notice to proceed' and construction to start in due course. The Company confirms that, after restructuring of the Notes, it has sufficient cash resources through to August 2021 to undertake these activities'

Definitely more positive news to follow this RNS very soon and I would suspect the SP to tick up prior, and then jump post news.

A selfish act by me as i just wanted to see a more positive subject line here.....

An absolutely pivotal week ahead.
It’s that bond re-structuring approval that’s required and with that agreed I believe other Phase 1 news will land. If those things are successful then this will re-rate and re-rate fast......quite where to is anyone’s guess? (Mine would be 6-10p)

The recent RNS regarding the bond is so so specific it makes me think lengthy discussions have already taken place to agree exact terms. Like you, I’m always somewhat nervous prior to these announcements, but good news will definitely propel this share from here.

It would be good to see this settle at 2.5p.
Good news from the bond holders meeting and we will probably see another noticeable re-rate.
Plenty more Phase 1 news on the horizon here - IMO I suspect those (already agreed) boxes this will land a day or two after the bond holder meeting on Wednesday 14th.
With Phase 1 final investment decision taken then I suspect the focus will be mainly on that little matter of Phase 2 pipeline finance ($180 million was it?). If they can arrange that, and maybe they can based on the licence potential then not only will the company be cash generating long term, but a far more attractive saleable asset for Tendrara
With the additional asset of Sidi Moktar and Sound Energy's larger percentage ownership, then there must be further potential for exploration too.
Lots to potentially like here depending on that bond re-structuring next week.
Was hugely overvalued at £1, somewhat undervalued at 2.5p.
