Hi Nazir found this on the internet......Qualifying GSK shareholders will be entitled to receive one Haleon share for each GSK share held by them and will continue to own their GSK shares unless they sell or transfer them in the ordinary course.....So looks like a like for like guess the GSK share price will drop in line with the Haleon share price

Thrugelmir Your right ....but LGEN only charge an annual management charge of .63% as opposed to GSF annual charge of 2.92% which over the long term would certainly take a large part of profit...

Not sure where you got your GSF stock from but there is a just under 3% annual charge on management fees.....ouch
