Might sound harsh but people who can't afford their mortgages should have not of over stretched them selves i can remember when interest rates were 15% ....Go to any new estate and you will see new cars on most of the drive ways i drive a 20 year old Nissan Micra it gets me to A-B.....

Hi Trek feel like i'm stalking you lol...Sold the last of my GLO shares after todays bloodbath and got in here at 123.6 happy to hold for the long term just hope the divi is safe...Do you think there could be a buyout here like at GLO?

Good question bolland07....i sold what i invested here and have kept profit just out of curiosity to see how things pan out...Don't think there be much chance of another bidder did think that myself when it was announced to be brought out ...loved this stock good dividend i actually voted against the sale one of the few.....

Well the old adage of "Win some lose some" applies for me here got in at 19p a share .....Think i won't be seeing my money again
