Resistance at 1000 now truly breached. 900 next up at this rate.
A bit much of a drop today. Any reasons why?

Head of Orthopedics offloading shares not a good thing
Is today's drop against the wider market performing well due to dividend? Or the recent change in Barclays recommendation.
Yup, definitely been a shame with the SP. I get it that RMs got a tough job on his hand. But other junior explorers have managed too in volatile areas, while also being strapped for cash, and delivered some performance at the very least. Heres hoping he can too, and soon.
Why did they need to issue shares to pay off a mere 2500 invoice? What happened to the 1.75 million raised? Surely, it was raised for such occasions?
If anything, it's a half-decent punt.....
And yes, 'Batteries-r-us' is a winner ;)
@Samewise, yup, timing and manner of latest RNS indicates that at-least Roger & Co. would appreciate a pre-xmas Bull Run to fix things up for a decent start to the new year. Down to the MMs I reckon on how they deal with it. Mind you AIM seems to me a round the year kind of thing, regardless of season. So maybe MMs give it a fair shot given if PIs see scope in this latest development....
Unusually large buys going in at over +0.095 just this late afternoon. Sign of things.
Its difficult to judge but I am guessing there could be something here that should have a positive impact on the SP. Cobalt this year alone has doubled in its price. Many folks are expecting the demand for Cobalt to continue on well until 2022 and beyond. And IF we have acquired a good piece of license in the sole country, DRC, that is single-handedly responsible for the majority of the world's Cobalt supply to the big automobile manufacturers pushing for electric vehicles, then well done to Sula Iron, er, Sula Gold or.... African Battery Metals, whatever it is we are calling ourselves these days. Its a potentially lucrative place to be. http://money.cnn.com/2017/09/12/investing/cobalt-tungsten-rare-earths-metals-commodities/index.html An interesting strategic move by Roger & Co. Let's see how this pans out over the coming weeks. As for gold JV for Ferensola, good on Roger for mentioning that. Hopefully there is truth in that, unlike by-gone promises of partial Sanama JORCs by 2017 end that he has been throwing around all year around. And also that he won't be returning to the market for raising more cash, etc.
Sorry, correct Bloomberg link now posted: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-10-26/battery-boom-relies-on-one-african-nation-avoiding-chaos-of-past
Cobalt article from Bloomberg issued not too long ago. Madini gets a mention in the last para: Meanwhile, new investors keep turning up, according to Serge Ngandu, director at African mining company Madini Minerals, which owns cobalt properties in the country and is looking for partners. “If you want to become a player in the cobalt market, you need to be in the DRC,” Ngandu said. We should find out soon enough what they are. Plus the result of the data analysis from John Gould as well. His bio seems interesting: More recently, John has focused on revitalising historical mines and resources within Africa and specifically East Africa. His current focus is on smaller, but high value distressed operating mines and historically operated resources currently being mined by artisanal miners, both requiring capital injection, right-sizing and development. I reckon Ferensola fits that description. So lets see what John can deliver Plus the ever elusive partial JORC from Sanama Hill. Might be a possibility this side of Christmas I dare say! I know Roger indicated that earlier in the year.
Anyone has any thoughts around what these additional assets might be? As per the last strategy update: "In addition, Sula's Board is concurrently exploring the potential to bring one or more additional assets into the Company's portfolio. As such the Board is evaluating suitable opportunities and expressions of interest."
On a separate note, Does anybody know of any success stories for an AIM-listed mining company (or another) that previously had 3+ Billion shares in circulation, but yet managed to turn the super-freggin-shares-tanker around? I surely hope SULA ain’t going to to be the first one to try this.
Thanks for the link Rev. Very interesting read.
As per his Blytheweigh interview, I wonder what RM is going to deliver BEFORE the end of the year. He was very keen on insisting this. Let’s hope it’s something significant. I appreciate it is not easy given the funding issue SULA has, but surely given the experience RM has in raising capital, this has not been a great result to date. Hopefully, he is ready to make some tough decisions to safeguard this company.
