The due diligence that CASP are currently doing on the Galaz sized prospect has been going on for 4 months, the AR shallows due diligence was for an initial 3 months before being extended, doubt we'll hear of a purchase agreement until the shallows dosh hits the bank account, though we could hear of a new CE charter, Akka do do do and YD licences signed off in the meantime.

No driiling work etc. being done until they get the AR dosh, must say I'm very disappointed they don't have enough cash to do the A6 Deep Well acid wash from the CE/ shallow revenue and $2m upfront AR due diligence payment.

So this clown thinks CASP will be delisted and the shares will become even more illiquid and he allegedly topped up yesterday, you couldn't make it up.

In years to come if CASP ever manage to have a MC of £700m (29p per share) they could join the FTSE250. However that would take many more deep wells flowing commercial quantities of oil (30k+ bopd?) and much higher BNG deep reserve estimates combined with the other blocks.

This is one of those stocks to see the many wells drilled and come good on each license, the oil is there.

Though I reckon CC/ KO will want out long before then - let's hope we're nearer to 20p when an offer comes in with a decent premium to boot.

CASP will never be a £2.45B company....they're currently considering giving away a 50% stake in the BNG deeps for circ, £53 million.

Carver says a few weeks, I've learned from past quotes from Carver to double whatever timeline he says, especially this time around as it's in the KAZ EM hands not his and we know how fast they sign off on licenses/ deals etc..

The one concern I have is in this RNS statement.

''Accordingly, the board of Caspian Sunrise, in consultation with the Group's auditors, has decided to delay publication of the 2024 financial statements until after completion of the Disposal, or should the regulatory consents be significantly delayed or withheld, until after it is clear the Disposal will not take place in the foreseeable future, or not take place at all.''

If the shares are suspended for months and the AR deal doesn't take place then it would have been a long wait for nothing and no doubt a downward share price would ensue when the suspension is lifted.

Carver is sure the deal will go through and the dosh will be received within a few weeks, time will tell.

If the suspension happens on 1 July and lasts for circ. 2 months there's a very good chance the Yelemes Deep license will get signed off along with the Akkaduk license and the West Shalva sale is completed.

I don't see any operational activity happening until the suspension is lifted as CASP don't have the millions needed to drill/ test Airshagyl/ other until the AR dosh is in the bank.

What I do see happening is the share price multi bagging from circ. 2p on the back of the AR dosh when trading is back on, especially with the above to boot, sentiment will hit the roof as CASP will then be able to press ahead with multiple WIP wells getting tested, sidetracked, re-drilling starting, acid wash and WS spud......Galaz sized prospect due diligence done and a possible offer made.

It will have been a hard slog for many but once the dosh is available CASP will be unstoppable and the share price over the following 6 months will reflect this (never mind initially).

Not sure if yesterday 2m+ trade 'straight after the AGM' was a sell/ buy - if a buy then someone will make a very tidy sum when CASP are back up and running. imo.

With 3 trading days to go before the suspension deadline there will no doubt be more cash strapped sellers in the wings not wanting to be locked in for possibly a couple months putting further downward pressure on the share price. Hopefully CASP are trading again 'within' a few weeks as Carver says, but Carver's timeline timing isn't the best i.e. after several months he said the B8 license would soon be signed off, 6+ months later and?

Hoping for a tightening of the spread (31% atm) and therefore a lower entry point before topping up again, doubt the Ask will go to 1.60p but............

I'd ask them myself but it's unlikely I'll be able to go.

The A5 side track and A7 TD are 3 or 4 months away if they stated drilling today as with the West Shalva's initial wells TD.

That leaves the A6 Deep Wells acid wash - if the acid wash was started today we'd know the initial flow rates within weeks, what's happening with the acid wash?

The next well(s) we could hope to see commercial oil flow from within weeks is the 803 Deep Well and the B8 Akka do do well, but their timing is in the hands of the KAZ EM.

When do the plan to acid wash the A6 Deep Well - how many barrels of oil was the initial flow rate if any before the well became blocked with fluid/ rocks?

I meant to say questions for you to ask at the AGM.

How much is the A6 acid wash costing ($1m?) and A5 side track ($3m?) they should have enough in the bank to prioritize these two wells re getting them drilled/ tested now - do they have the dosh to do them without the AR dosh?

Why did they include the A7 Deep Well (half way down) in Airshagyl booked reserves and not the A8 Deep Well which flowed 120 bopd - none commercial - is the Airshagyl smaller than initial estimates and Yelemes Deep? - with the 801 Deep Well being a duster too?

What are the OIP estimates for each of the Airshagyl structures and their 'initial' RF estimate 12%-15%?

Why are they selling off a 50% stake in the BNG deeps for a poxy $72.5m? especially without the Yelemes Deep reserves known to us/ buyer?

they've had 12 months to plan and it's been one month since we were told they were 'planning', where are they at with their planning? are the a5 and a7 drill rigs onsite and when will the do the acid wash on the a6 deep well - is the acid onsite?

how much of $15.7m they've received from ar is in escrow/ their bank account - why after a month has there been no op's update for the airsha***l license - they have enough funding to drill these wells now from production revenue, ce dosh ($6m) and the $2m upfront (none refundable) ar exclusivity shallows payment.
