Just thinking, if the P1 Deep Well on Block 8 was being sidetracked from mid November with a drill speed of 30m pd that would be around 1,000m.

Not sure if they'd need to drill a 1,000m to the interval that flowed 270 bopd, but news has to be due any day imo also I'd guess they're setting the casing on the WS well as it's probably nearing the 2,300m interval, if the drill bit is cutting through the sandstone a lot faster than expected we could also get an update on the Jurassic intervals thickness and initial oil flowing?

How's the A6 Deep Wells acid wash going after nearly three weeks?

News is due on these three wells anytime now. imo.

CASP RNS's have mostly been released on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

CASP will be hitting the ground running and won't be waiting anywhere near 5 years for revenue to kick in with an already producing Manganese mining company of interest that they will either buy outright or have a WI in, my bet is a WI %.

I hope they will be leaching the Manganese for circ. $1.5k-$2k per ton opposed to sending the raw awe directly to China for processing at circ. $3-$5 per ton. Leaching can be done in less than a day.

Gold is at an all time high so a gold mining project would be good either way CASP will have to throw a few million bucks at them/ each.

Next week CASP should hit the first West Shalva Jurassic oil target at 2,300m - will we hear if it has live oil shows/ flows before drilling on down to the Triassic zone of interest at 2,600m?

The Block 8 P1 Well sidetrack could complete this month along with KAA B8 contract area approval, we could also see the North Yelemes 25 year production license signed off too, next week?

The latest A6 Deep Well statement on 1 December was past tense (''RESULTS of chemical treatment UNDERWAY at Deep Well A6 on the BNG Contract Area''), so how long before 1 December was the well chemically treated?

Next week will be the start of the third week since treatment was underway or the fourth!

They must have pumped thousands of barrels of acid down there and some. lol!

The A6 Deep Well is (depending on which RNS you read) 1,200m, 1,800 or 2km away from the A5 Deep Well.

The A6 Deep Well was spud 10 years ago and has seen several attempts to get it to flow with high pressure acid washes and news acid wash formulas and re-perforating the wells interval(s), oil has flowed to the surface so there is live moveable oil and according to CASP the A6 Deep Well is connected to the A5 Deep Well.

There are two intervals of interest: A 72 meter interval between 4,313 and 4,385 and a 55 meter interval between 4,450 and 4,505 = 127m gross pay zones.

''28 October 2016 RNS: 

Deep Well A6 was spudded in November 2015, targeting the same structure as Deep Well A5 in the Middle and Lower Carboniferous, and reached a revised Total Depth of 4,528 meters in October 2016. 

From the analysis of wireline logging , gross oil-bearing intervals totalling 127 meters have been identified. These are in two intervals, the first of 72 meters between depths of 4,313 meters and 4,385 meters. The second is of 55 meters between depths of 4,450 and 4,505 meters. Further analysis will be conducted to determine the portion of these intervals that are capable of producing commercial volumes of oil ( net pay ).

We now plan to complete the well by cementing a 5-inch liner to the Total Depth of the well.  Following this we intend to perforate the interval between 4,450 - 4,505 meters to allow a 90 day flow test to commence without delay.''.

Roxi/ CASP have employed a few companies over the past 10 years to try and get the well to flow, with latest chemical formulas and more powerful explosive bullets to penetrate the casing deeper into the structure and dissolve the rocks/ mud etc. could work.

I wonder if they're going to acid wash both interval this time around or just the deeper interval again, this could be a massive gusher on par with the A5 Deep Well.

Hopefully they will be successful and can get the well to flow properly, fingers crossed, and shift the share price.

"Deep Well 802 has a revised planned total depth of 4,200 meters. A coil tubing exercise was successfully completed, however we have been struggling with a stuck pipe. Approximately 500 meters of the stuck pipe has now been successfully removed from the well leaving a further 3,400 meters still to be removed."

I thought it was 400m of stuck pipe left to pull out, it's actually 3,400m!

Both the 802/ 803 Deep Wells have discovered oil unexpectedly between 3,900/ 4,000m. The 802 deep well had drilled through the salt layer to note.

Between them they flowed 500 - 700-900 bopd. That's without drilling to the respective target depths and with a stuck pipe and testing stopped.

CASP have the dosh to buy the specialist equipment to pull the stuck pipe out and resumption of testing the 803 Deep Well will start this mon/ January, with reserves being booked to boot.

The 802 Deep Well did flow commercial quantities of oil at a rate of 700-900 bopd from an open hole before a 400m drill pipe got stuck.

Treatment at the A6 Deep Well started 10+ days ago - news is imminent. IF it flows then today's 3p will be long gone.

it was the new norm on the advfn board who spotted the 801 deep well flowing 1,500 bopd for 7 hours, posted the rns snippet.

a 100m oil bearing interval extending 58km - ******, 50% is all yours for a mere $72.5m, lol! carver's had one pork pie too many.

It was abandoned years ago as with the 801 Deep Well.

This is why I've been saying it looks like the size of the BNG deep reservoirs have shrunk with regards to the original BNG reserves estimates - with the 8A/ 801 wells being none commercial, is that why a paltry $72.5m was offered?.

CASP need the A5-A6-A7 Deep Wells to flow to back up their brokers 300m barrels of recoverable reserves estimate.

If the A6 Deep Well remains blocked after this acid wash then they'll have to sidetrack it with test results mid/ end-next year?.

In order to shift the share price now this well has to flow or it's another long wait : -(

Just to add the A8 Deep Well had three intervals that flowed none commercial quantities of oil - 120 bopd.

It was the 801 Deep Well that flowed 1,500 bopd for 7 hours with an 84 API - the oil was too light and not worth much.
